“东北、东南方向山谷众多、地势起伏，需防范‘敌人’利用地形隐蔽突袭……”仲夏时节，豫中山地，陆军兵种大学某校区一堂专业课火热进行，学员柴朝伟对照实地分析情况，围绕火力运用、战场机动等进行战术推演。这是该校区推动课堂与战场深度耦合，不断提升教学含战量的缩影。近期，该校区组织防空兵初级指挥专业现职军官学员，围绕不同课题方向展开野外现地教学。记者跟学跟训发现，实战背景贯穿教学全程——教学课堂设在“前沿阵地”，紧跟战斗进程转场；教学方案基于战场环境设计，根据授课情况动态调整；教学组织严格对标实战，要求参训学员深入一线勘察地形地貌、分析研判情况、修订作战方案、推演战斗行动。 “我们根据学员所在单位承担任务的特点，设置不同方向的针对性课题，确保教学与战位需求紧密衔接。”该校区教学指导组组长辛振涛介绍，此次现地教学的最大特点是“战斗环节全、作战要素全、指挥流程全”。为实现这一目标，他们采取一系列务实举措——抽组优秀教员组成联合教学组，专业涵盖指挥通信、火力运用、侦察预警、电子对抗、战时政治工作等领域；根据防空兵作战特点，现地研究战斗部署、对空侦察、战场机动等战术问题；依托想定条件，围绕部队集结、机动、攻击等作战过程进行现地推演。“在复杂陌生地域搭设教学课堂，进一步强化了学员实战意识和指挥素养。”辛振涛说。在某高地组织“掩护部队收拢待机”授课时，参训学员围绕防空分队指挥所阵地选择问题展开热烈讨论。有学员认为“无线电通信条件是首要”，有学员提出“隐蔽性更为关键”……训练间隙，战术教员采取野外编组作业方式，让学员分饰不同角色，围绕防空分队机动中对敌侦察、战场指挥所开设等课目展开专攻精练，实地验证学员战术思路的可行性，显著提升了教学质效。记者在现场看到，教学指导组在组织战术课目作业时，将战时政治工作元素有机嵌入。教员任春雷围绕“防空分队遂行掩护任务时点位分散、人员配置不均，政治工作如何开展”课题，引导学员进行分组研讨，现场气氛热烈。 “这段时间的现地作业，让我学到了很多新知识、新战法，更加懂得了该如何根据地形特点，发挥火力优势。”授课结束后，学员刘时龙深有感触地说。据该校区领导介绍，下一步，他们将持续探索优化教学机制，不断丰富授课手段，全方位淬炼提升学员实战能力，为一线部队输送更多高素质人才。
