7月9日下午，国防部新闻发言人陈曦大校就近期涉军问题发布消息。记者：近期，运-20飞机最新宣传片引发广泛关注，中国空军战略投送力量转型升级成为热议话题。阿拉伯防务网刊文称，中国空军已成为仅次于美国空军的全球第二大空中作战力量。请问对此有何评论？陈曦：近年来，中国空军进入“空天一体、攻防兼备”战略转型关键期，从歼-20、歼-16、歼-10系列等新型战机奋飞战备，到运-20系列飞机拓展航迹，再到轰炸机、预警机等体系支撑，不断锤炼提升空天战略打击能力、战略预警能力、空天防御能力、战略投送能力。中国空军牢记初心使命，传承红色血脉，面向未来构建力量体系，加快现代化建设步伐，始终做捍卫国家主权、安全、发展利益的“蓝天长城”，勇当祖国空天安全和地区和平稳定的坚定守护者。
