●“知足者水存，贪心者水尽”。摒弃私心杂念，克制非分之想，是党员干部加强党性修养的重要课题明朝洪武年间，御窑厂烧制的“九龙杯”进贡入宫，深受明太祖朱元璋喜爱，他常以此杯盛酒宴请群臣。在一次宴会上，他特意给心腹大臣的酒杯斟满，给平时喜欢直言进谏的官员只添半杯，不料满杯的酒竟顺着杯底尽数漏出，半杯的却不受影响。朱元璋细究才知，此杯盛酒最为公道，杯内藏有“倒U形管”，酒一旦超过刻度便会全部漏空，唯有浅平方能留存。他遂将此杯命名为“公道杯”，亦被称为“平心杯”。“平心杯”虽小，却蕴含着“知足者水存，贪心者水尽”的道理，对党员干部修身立德亦有深刻的警示意义。 “平心杯”中酒过满则漏，人若欲念过盛，则会在诱惑面前失了分寸、破了底线，不仅守不住不义之财，原本拥有的荣誉、自由和尊严也像“平心杯”中的酒一样，最终流失殆尽。老子说：“祸莫大于不知足，咎莫大于欲得。”求名心切必作伪，求利心重必趋邪。现实中，少数党员干部顶不住名利诱惑，贪婪欲望日益膨胀，恰似一味往“平心杯”里灌酒，看似得到的越来越多，实则早已突破纪律红线、失去党性原则，最终必将受到制裁，落得失去所有的下场。古语讲：“不求非分之福，不贪无故之获。”摒弃私心杂念，克制非分之想，是党员干部加强党性修养的重要课题。开国大将许光达一生功勋卓著，却屡次主动“让衔、让级、让位”，始终坦荡无私、淡泊名利。1955年，孙毅被授予中将军衔前，在给组织的信中写道：“我自幼家境贫困，在我迷茫的时候是党给我指引，让我有幸投身革命。我革命不是为了升官，更不是为了俸禄，给我评军衔时，就低不就高……”被中共中央宣传部授予“时代楷模”称号的河北省军区原副司令员张连印，退休回乡带队植树200多万株，只为防风治沙、造福人民。多年来他在植树造林上付出很多，却不要林权地权，把树林无偿交公。面对“不图名、不图利，到底图个啥”的追问，他回答：“图名图利，不是共产党员。”正所谓“盈满则亏，过犹不及”，不为名利所累、不为物欲所困、不为得失所惑，才能在人生道路上走得端正、走得长远。履职用权，贵在知止、重在守度。“平心杯”有固定的盛酒刻度，党员干部也应在心中守住欲望的“标线”。要秉持知足之心，对待个人名利知止不殆，对待事业追求永不止步，在得失面前保持清醒，涵养豁达大度的胸怀；要常怀敬畏之心，敬畏人民、敬畏组织、敬畏法纪，任何时候都不放纵、不越轨、不逾矩；要算好名利得失账，多算党和人民事业的“大账”，少算个人名利的“小账”，做好打基础、利长远的工作，用经得起历史、实践和人民检验的实绩，为党的事业不断添砖加瓦。
