新华社北京7月8日电（记者尚昊、马欣然）国务院台办8日举行例行新闻发布会。发言人陈斌华答问时表示，民进党当局一再把统战“污名化”，并用以抹黑大陆惠台利民政策、两岸交流活动，恐吓打压参与两岸交流的台湾同胞，在他们眼里还有正常的两岸交流吗？希望广大台湾同胞看清其险恶用心和卑劣行径，与我们一道坚决反对“台独”分裂，共同促进两岸交流融合，不断增进同胞亲情福祉，共同创造祖国统一、民族复兴的美好未来。针对台陆委会近日称将强化审查两岸交流，涉“统战”的一律不予许可，陈斌华在答问时作上述表示。他说，试问民进党当局，知道什么是统战吗？知道统战的本源、本义吗？“统战”是统一战线的简称，其本质是大团结、大联合，是凝聚人心、汇聚力量，是在共同利益、共同目标、共同情感和共同前途的基础上，把一切可以团结的力量团结起来，把一切可以调动的积极因素调动起来，为中华民族伟大复兴共同奋斗。统战工作行之有年，光明正大。陈斌华指出，我们的对台工作始终胸怀中华民族根本利益和两岸同胞共同利益，始终坚持团结广大台湾同胞，充分理解台湾同胞的特殊历史遭遇，充分考虑台湾地区的现实情况，充分照顾台湾各阶层、各群体的利益感情。我们愿在坚持“九二共识”、反对“台独”的共同政治基础上，加强同台湾各政党、团体和各界人士交流沟通。我们将继续秉持“两岸一家亲”理念，面向台湾同胞持续落实同等待遇，出台惠台利民政策举措，畅通两岸经贸合作、人员往来渠道，方便台胞台企分享大陆发展机遇，不断增进两岸同胞利益福祉。今年是中欧班列统一品牌启用十周年。陈斌华在回答有关问题时表示，中欧班列以其时效快、成本优、覆盖广等优点，日益成为大陆台企拓展欧洲和“一带一路”沿线市场的重要通道。台企可借助中欧班列，实现原物料进口、零部件分拨、制成品出口全程高效衔接，订单交付更稳、周转效率更高、市场拓展更快。陈斌华表示，我们将继续优化相关服务保障，加强通关便利化、多式联运和定制化物流支持，为台资企业提供更可靠、更经济、更高效的国际物流解决方案，以通道赋能产业、以开放促进合作，推动台企产品拓展新兴外贸市场，持续促进两岸产业融合与高质量发展。今年上半年，在大陆上市的台资企业市值总体走势良好。陈斌华回答相关问题时指出，“十五五”规划纲要明确提出，“鼓励符合条件的台资企业在大陆上市”。台资企业在大陆上市已享受与大陆企业同等待遇。近年来，越来越多的台资企业选择在大陆上市、扎根发展，大陆股市已成为台资企业进行直接融资、扩大企业规模、提升品牌形象的重要渠道。截至目前，在大陆上市的台企已达67家。我们将一如既往为广大台商台企做好服务。希望广大台商台企充分把握大陆资本市场新机遇，深耕大陆市场，实现自身规模与竞争力的双重提升。
