中新网5月12日电题：中美元首北京会晤，三个特殊时间点应国家主席习近平邀请，美利坚合众国总统唐纳德·特朗普将于5月13日至15日对中国进行国事访问。在国际局势动荡加剧的当下，这场中美元首的北京会晤，备受世界瞩目。先看几个时间点。这是美国总统9年来首次访华，也是特朗普继2017年11月访华之后再次来到中国。这些年来，世界和中国都发生了很多变化，中美关系更是“发生了不少事情”。这是时隔半年多，中美元首再次面对面会晤。去年10月底，中美元首在韩国釜山会晤，在关键时刻为中美关系校准了航向。这是时隔3个多月，中美元首再次互动。今年2月4日，中国农历立春之日，习近平主席同特朗普通了电话。今年注定是中美关系的一个“大年”，高层交往的议程早已摆在桌面上，此次中美元首会晤的重要意涵，不言而喻。于中美而言，两国元首是中美关系这艘大船平稳前行的掌舵人，元首外交是两国关系的“定盘星”。作为世界上最重要的双边关系之一，中美两国是合作还是对抗，事关两国人民福祉和人类前途命运。对于“中美到底是对手，还是伙伴”这个根本的、管总的问题，习近平主席在去年的釜山会晤中再次亮明中国立场：“两国做伙伴、做朋友，这是历史的启示，也是现实的需要。” 去年以来，两国元首在最高层次上保持了良好交往，为中美关系的改善发展提供了重要战略保障，也推动中美关系历经跌宕起伏实现了总体稳定。 “元首会晤的战略引领和关键推动作用是无法替代的，尤其在当前的中美关系和国际局势下，中美之间的元首外交比以往任何时候都关键、都重要。”外交学院国际关系研究所教授李海东分析。经贸是中美关系的“压舱石”和“推进器”。国务院发展研究中心世界发展研究所研究员丁一凡表示，中美高层之间的交往也有助于双方进一步明确对方在经贸方面的立场和关切，扩大合作、管控分歧。于世界而言，中美是全球前两大经济体，大国更应该有大的样子，大的担当。在当前的国际局势下，国际社会期待此次中美元首会晤能为动荡的世界注入更多确定性和稳定性。釜山会晤期间，习近平主席曾指出：“当今世界还有很多难题，中国和美国可以共同展现大国担当，携手多办一些有利于两国和世界的大事、实事、好事。” “当前国际形势变乱交织，不稳定不确定因素空前上升，世界希望看到更多积极、建设性的力量，使当前的秩序构建更具可预期性，也为地区热点问题、全球性危机的缓解创造更多可能。”李海东说。今年中美两国各自都有不少重要议程，中国“十五五”开局起步，美国将迎来建国250周年，两国将分别主办亚太经合组织领导人非正式会议、二十国集团领导人峰会。在中美关系“大年”，中美关系这艘大船如何穿越风浪、平稳前行，在今年2月的两国元首通话中，习近平主席阐明要旨，“加强对话沟通，妥善管控分歧，拓展务实合作，不以善小而不为，不以恶小而为之，一件事一件事去做，不断积累互信，走出一条正确相处之道”。
