在庆祝中国共产党成立105周年的日子里，全军各部队积极开展军魂教育，引导官兵树牢军魂意识、坚决听党指挥。广大官兵纷纷表示，“枪听我的话，我听党的话”，时刻准备为党和人民去战斗。习主席强调：“要坚定不移坚持党对军队绝对领导的根本原则和制度，永远听党的话、跟党走，党指向哪里、就打到哪里。”这一重要指示告诫全军官兵，听党指挥是我军的军魂和命根子，永远不能变，永远不能丢。只要跟党走，一定能胜利。在坚持听党指挥这个根本政治原则问题上，广大官兵头脑特别清醒、态度特别鲜明、行动特别坚决。同时也要清醒地看到，一些年轻同志缺乏对马克思主义理论的系统学习，缺乏对党的优良传统的深入了解，缺乏艰苦环境和复杂斗争的锻炼，对于党指挥枪的极端重要性认识不足、理解不深。这要求各级党组织切实把凝心聚气、铸魂固根的工作摆在突出位置，着力提高广大官兵坚持党对军队绝对领导的政治自觉和实际能力，确保把“枪听我的话，我听党的话”落到实处。 “我听党的话”，重在加强官兵的革命化教育。革命化集中体现在政治忠诚、理想信念、宗旨意识上，发挥着管方向、管根本、管长远的作用，是官兵首先要解决的问题。加强革命化教育引导，才能让官兵更加自觉地听党指挥、对党忠诚。如果这方面的工作做不好，就会出现这样那样的问题。对此，各级党组织必须坚持不懈用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想铸魂育人，深入贯彻习近平强军思想，打牢官兵听党话、跟党走的思想根基，确保现代化武器装备掌握在革命化人才队伍手中。 “我听党的话”，根本目的是能打仗、打胜仗。这要求各级党组织加强官兵专业化培养，切实培塑广大官兵“枪听我的话”的能力，锻造英勇善战的精兵劲旅。今天，我们面对的是信息化智能化战争，官兵手中的“枪”已发生了重大而深刻的变化，要想让“枪听我的话”，就必须付出更大努力。各级党组织只有紧盯科技之变、战争之变、对手之变，大力强化官兵的专业知识、专业能力、专业作风、专业精神，引导大家用实际行动回答好“胜战之问”“价值之问”“本领拷问”，才能在党和人民需要的时候召之即来、来之能战、战之必胜。 “枪听我的话，我听党的话”，是党对军队绝对领导这一根本制度落到基层官兵身上的具体体现和有效抓手。新征程上，广大官兵应自觉加强革命化专业化锻造，牢记初心使命、永葆政治本色，深化练兵备战、坚持精武强能，做到政治过硬、本领过硬，确保随时拉得出、上得去、打得赢。
