近段时间，伴随着全国各地2026年高考成绩陆续开放查询，一年一度的军考成绩也如期公布。单位几名战士经过努力考出了理想成绩，身边战友、亲人纷纷向他们表示祝贺。看着他们脸上洋溢的笑容，笔者不禁想起十几年前的自己。那年盛夏，军考成绩公布之后，因为考出了高分，我也被身边的赞誉环绕。一时间自己有些飘飘然，开始憧憬踏入军校后的生活。几天之后，军校录取通知书如约送到我手中，夙愿眼看就要成真，内心的喜悦之情溢于言表。即将离队之际，一位老领导特意找我促膝长谈。我原以为他只会道几句祝贺、送几句期望之辞，不承想他对我说了一段语重心长的叮嘱，至今让我记忆犹新。他说：“所有人都在祝贺你，但我却想给你‘泼盆冷水’。考上军校的确是一件值得高兴的事情，但对于你今后的军旅生涯而言，这又仅仅只是万里长征的第一步，去到军校之后一切都将重新开始，一定要谦虚谨慎、戒骄戒躁、学会归零，才能在未来的路上行稳致远。” 这番话，初听时我并未领会其中深意，只是觉得确实需要收敛心绪、稳住心神，不能显得太过张扬。后来，随着兵龄的逐渐增长、经历的不断丰富，老领导语重心长的叮嘱在我脑海里时常涌现。每当我取得一些成绩的时候，总会想起老领导的那番话，默默告诫自己：“在掌声中要保持清醒，在成绩前要不骄不躁。” 任何成绩都不是终点，而是新的起点；真正的强者，是懂得在收获之后重新归零，再次出发。十四届全国人大代表、陆军某旅二级军士长王鹍龙，入伍23年经历7次转岗，每次转岗他都把自己当作“新兵”，一次次将以往的成绩“归零”。正因如此，他一次次突破自我，在各项军事比赛、训练比武中不断取得新成绩。不少战友请他分享心得，他说：“我取得成绩的秘诀就是不断把荣誉‘归零’，让自己去迎接新挑战。” 正如一句俗语所说，人生本就是一场永不停歇的跋涉，没有一劳永逸的成功，也没有止步不前的圆满。对我们而言，过去的成绩，是积累而不是包袱；曾经的光环，是激励而不是枷锁。以归零的心态再出发，是突破自我的冲锋号，需要我们把每一次跨越终点，都当作开启下一段征程的起点，在不断的归零出发中创造新的成绩。回想自己的成长经历，看着身边年轻战友为梦想而拼搏的模样，心中颇有感触。人生是一场漫长的马拉松长跑，考上军校，只是跑完了第一个赛段，前方还有更长的路、更高的山，需要我们带上谦虚谨慎的行囊，站上新的起点，斗志昂扬再出发，永不自满、永不懈怠，我们的路才会越走越宽、越行越远。
