新华社科伦坡7月3日电（记者吴子钰车宏亮）《习近平谈治国理政》第五卷中斯读者会3日在斯里兰卡首都科伦坡举行。与会嘉宾认为，《习近平谈治国理政》第五卷是全面系统反映习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想最新成果的权威著作，有助于国际社会进一步加深对中国之路、中国之治、中国之理的理解认识。与会嘉宾表示，中斯是现代化的同路人，此次读者会的举办，对于两国增进理解、汇聚共识、深化合作、携手构建中斯命运共同体具有重要意义。斯里兰卡议长贾加特·维克拉马拉特纳表示，《习近平谈治国理政》第五卷为世界读懂中国的治理方略、发展思路、创新理念与国际合作主张提供了宝贵视角。这一著作不仅记录了中国的发展实践经验，也展现了中国对维护世界和平与促进共同繁荣的深刻思考。斯里兰卡愿与中国持续拓展各领域交流合作，推动斯中真诚互助、世代友好的战略合作伙伴关系不断取得新进展。斯里兰卡教育和高等教育部副部长马图拉·塞内维拉特纳表示，《习近平谈治国理政》第五卷勾勒出中国式现代化的清晰架构，涵盖经济发展、科技创新、现代教育以及文化传承与保护等各个领域。任何一个希望实现现代化又不想失去历史根脉的国家，都能从中获得宝贵的启示。斯里兰卡共产党总书记吉甘纳格·维拉辛哈表示，中国共产党在发展新质生产力、推动高质量发展、实现科技自立自强、建设生态文明等方面取得的成就，充分证明社会主义制度能够更高效地组织现代化建设，更好地兼顾效率与公平。活动中，中方向斯方嘉宾赠送《习近平谈治国理政》第五卷英文版、第二卷僧伽罗文版图书。与会专家围绕国家治理、绿色发展、开放合作、共建“一带一路”等议题展开交流研讨。此次读者会主题为“命运与共：中斯同行现代化之路”，由中国国务院新闻办公室、中国外文局和中国驻斯里兰卡大使馆共同主办。来自中斯两国政界、高校、智库、媒体等各界人士近300人出席活动。
