陆军某旅锻造过硬政治教员队伍融入“身边事” 授课“接地气” 解放军报讯张泽远、特约记者屈凯明报道：“革命先辈为了胜利不畏牺牲的英雄气概和崇高精神，永远是照亮我们奋勇前行的火炬……”近日，陆军某旅组织一场优秀政治教员授课比武，某连指导员宋若愚围绕“回忆连队战斗事迹，感悟红色光荣传统”的动情讲述，深深打动台下官兵，也帮助他夺得第一名的好成绩。这是该旅着力锻造过硬政治教员队伍，提升铸魂育人质效的典型事例。 “政治教员是党的创新理论的‘播火者’，其授课施教能力不仅关系思想政治教育质效，更关乎部队凝聚力和战斗力。”该旅领导介绍，他们定期组织政治教员集中备课、试讲互评、专题研讨等活动，围绕授课技巧展开集智攻关；邀请军地专家来队开展示范授课和专题辅导，帮助政治教员拓宽思路视野、丰富教学方法，形成“日常练兵、定期比武、常态提升”的良性循环。此次比武，他们打破以往“层层选拔、反复打磨”的传统模式，从通知下达到正式比武只有几天时间，既避免过多牵扯基层精力，又突出检验政治教员的理论功底和临场应变水平。为确保比武公平公正，该旅邀请军队院校教员、兄弟单位官兵代表担任评委。参赛选手既有一线政治干部，也有战士理论骨干。比武中，参赛选手有的通过情景再现，模拟官兵训练受挫时的思想疏导，现场演示谈心谈话技巧；有的通过互动交流，用直观生动的方式阐释理论观点；有的结合身边人身边事，将“大道理”融入官兵喜闻乐见的“小故事”，让思想政治教育既有“高度”也有“温度”。上等兵程佳辉凭借一堂“接地气”的教育课，赢得现场评委和台下官兵的一致认可。“事例鲜活、情感真实，官兵听得懂、有共鸣、受触动，教育自然入脑入心。”现场点评时，一名评委评价说。 “与全旅优秀政治教员同台切磋，让我学到了很多新的授课方式。”宋若愚表示，下一步，他将把在比武中学到的经验融入日常教育授课，不断增强思想政治教育的吸引力和实效性，努力当好基层官兵的“引路人”。
