“任务路线有明确规定，我必须按派车单行驶，不能私自更改路线，请您理解。”前不久的一天，海军某场站汽车连中士、驾驶员小张面对用车人提出的临时改道请求，态度诚恳而又坚决地回应。当天，小张受领公务保障任务，按派车单指定路线接送官兵。车辆在回营途中，一名干部提出需要临时前往另一地点办事，希望可以绕行一下。 “您的需求我能理解，但军车行驶有严格规定。”小张当即耐心解释，“派车单明确了行驶路线、用车时间和保障任务，擅自改道既违反车辆管理规定，还可能打乱后续任务计划，带来安全隐患。” 随后，小张一边按既定路线行驶，一边主动提出解决方案：“若事务紧急，可以立即向值班领导请示，获得同意后改变路线，或者等完成本次任务后，我第一时间向值班领导报告，协调后续车辆提供保障。这样既不耽误公务，也能及时解决问题。”一番晓之以理、动之以情的解答后，这名干部当场表示理解。任务结束，小张如实上报情况。连队战友听说此事后，展开了讨论。有人认为为了避免得罪人，稍作绕行也可以理解。但更多官兵认为，看似绕行路线不远，但关乎制度权威和行车安全。在随后组织的专题教育中，该连引导官兵认清“小便利”背后存在的问题隐患。连队指导员严肃地告诉大家，擅自改道、随意变更行车路线违反车辆动用、行车派遣等刚性规定，还会滋生松散作风，损害部队正规秩序。“军车出行必须做到一车一单、一线一程、依规运行，这是任务要求，更是纪律红线。” 为进一步规范车辆运行，该连健全派车审批、路线核对、途中监管、回场核验全流程闭环机制，对无特殊情况擅自改道、超时用车等行为从严纠治。同时，优化保障流程，针对官兵的合理需求，提前统筹调度，精准规划路线，既守住制度底线，又提升服务质效。夕阳西下，外出执行各类任务的车辆逐一返回营区。收车入库，拔下钥匙，关上车门，这是驾驶员一天中最踏实的时刻。这份踏实，源自每次对路线的依法规划、对规矩的敬畏之心。
