“谈心角”遇冷之后 ■冯杨汪煜杨在第73集团军某旅某连党支部书记郑鹏飞看来，谈心谈话是沟通思想、交流经验、凝心聚力的有效方法。然而那次他没想到，自己精心设计的“谈心角”，很快便没了市场。当时，郑鹏飞刚从机关调到基层连队任职。为了尽快掌握连队基本情况，他将房间一角改造成“谈心角”，不仅布置了温馨的灯光、柔软的坐垫，还专门购置解压玩具和励志书籍，希望能让谈心者放下戒备、畅所欲言。他告诉大家：“这里就是大家的‘解忧杂货店’，永远为大家敞开大门。”从支委到党员骨干，他计划进行一次全员深入交流，或主动邀约，或坐等大家上门。 “谈心角”一亮相，确实有不少官兵愿意主动过来坐一坐，有的聊训练中的畏难情绪，有的诉说离家后的思乡之情，还有的大胆提出连队管理建议。那段时间，郑书记对大家思想动态了解比较深入，通过谈心化解了不少小矛盾、小困惑。他暗自欣喜，总算找对了与大家沟通思想的路子。可持续一阵后，“谈心角”的热度慢慢冷下来。有些官兵以“训练太累”“有公差任务”等为由推脱，不再主动来这里袒露心声。满心困惑的郑书记反复复盘每一次谈心过程，既没有无端批评指责，也没有随意泄露隐私，实在想不通为何精心打造的谈心阵地，会被战士们刻意疏远。不久后一次夜间查铺查哨，他才找到了问题所在。那天，他听到有两名战士轻声吐槽：“我最近训练节奏总跟不上，挺想找书记聊聊的。可一进‘谈心角’，就有战友偷偷打量，好像我思想出了问题。” 郑书记一下陷入沉思，自己本以为设“谈心角”就能与党员和战士交心，却忽视从大家的角度去考虑看待问题，反倒因固定的场所、刻意的形式，让一些官兵产生了误解。第二天，他找几名支委征求意见。“最近听到一些论调，有人调侃去‘谈心角’就是思想有问题，会被打上‘问题标签’”“不能怪大家这么想，关键在于组织谈心的方法需要改进”……大家你一言我一语，一场关于如何开展好经常性思想工作的讨论随即展开。 “设立‘谈心角’的初衷，是提供可以深度交流的场所。这次实践告诉我，形式要为内容服务，真正的谈心重在以心换心，重在细水长流、润物无声。”郑书记的深刻反思，让大家受到启发触动。认真思考后，郑书记转变了工作思路。训练间隙，他和战士们席地而坐，擦着汗水聊训练技巧；饭后散步，他与骨干并肩而行，听听他们对连队建设的真知灼见…… 没有了特定的“仪式感”，习惯了随时随地敞开心扉，思想上的疙瘩在谈笑间化解，连队的凝聚力在一次次真诚的交流中悄然提升。班长小孙有段时间总是心不在焉。一个周末，郑书记约他散步，一路上通过谈心交流，终于了解到，小孙与交往多年的女朋友分手了，心情很低落。一番疏导劝慰之后，郑书记为他重新规划方向，鼓励他向前看，把注意力集中在工作上，多与战友和家人沟通情感，走出阴影。这次散步归来，小孙很快恢复成以前那个干劲十足的孙班长。前不久，孙班长主动请缨接下某课目示范任务，带领全班一起攻关，获得战友一致好评。
