新华社北京5月12日电（记者董雪、万倩仪）外交部发言人郭嘉昆12日表示，日本“再军事化”这头“灰犀牛”正奔袭而来。亚太各国应擦亮眼睛，共同抵制日本“新型军国主义”的妄动，共同维护赖以生存与发展的和平秩序。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：日本首相高市早苗去年11月发表涉台言论至今，始终拒绝撤回。我们注意到，中方持续加大对日本“新型军国主义”的批评。与此同时，高市早苗和日本各层级官员一方面密集访问多个国家，解释日方“和平”立场。另一方面放宽出口杀伤性武器，放风推进修改和平宪法、修订“安保三文件”。而第三方国家似乎并不愿在中日之间选边站队，倾向于置身事外。请问中方如何看待相关国家的这种中立态度？郭嘉昆表示，日本军国主义曾给亚太人民带来深重灾难。亚太各国当前的繁荣发展，得益于二战后国际秩序奠定的和平基础。“不容忽视的现实是，日本右翼势力正在以实际的路线和行动加速破坏这一秩序、瓦解这一基础。” “日本‘再军事化’这头‘灰犀牛’正奔袭而来。”郭嘉昆说，很多国际专家学者和媒体都指出日本已经抛弃和平主义，正在经历战后最危险的军事安全政策转向，威胁地区和世界和平稳定。 “历史不能忘记，现实更不能无视，亚太各国应擦亮眼睛，共同抵制日本‘新型军国主义’的妄动，共同维护赖以生存与发展的和平秩序。”他说。
