在树立和践行正确政绩观学习教育走深走实之际，我们迎来了中国共产党105周年华诞。此时此刻，身处战位的广大军队党员，都有一个共同心声，那就是以优异成绩为党旗增辉，用实绩回答好“入党干什么”。《中国共产党章程》明确，“中国共产党党员是中国工人阶级的有共产主义觉悟的先锋战士”“中国共产党党员必须全心全意为人民服务，不惜牺牲个人的一切，为实现共产主义奋斗终身”。“是什么”关系党的性质宗旨和本质特征，“干什么”昭示党的使命任务和奋斗目标。这一切不仅写在党的章程里，更要在行动中展示、在奋斗中落实。习主席指出，“要增强角色意识和政治担当，在党言党、在党忧党、在党为党，把爱党、忧党、兴党、护党落实到工作生活各个环节”。对军队党员来说，回答好“入党干什么”，就是要对党忠诚老实，与党同心同德，始终听党指挥、为党尽责，竭尽全力完成党交给的职责和任务。回答好“入党干什么”，是激励一代代共产党人前赴后继、英勇奋斗的根本动力。从“我能舍弃一切，但是不能舍弃党，舍弃阶级，舍弃革命事业”的方志敏、“一生只为百姓谋，不爱乌纱不要钱”的叶剑英，到“活着就要为国家做事情”的甘祖昌、“图名图利就不是共产党员”的“绿化将军”张连印……这些优秀党员始终坚持正确政绩观，弘扬实干作风、扛起奋斗责任，一辈子为党和人民事业忘我奉献。今天的党员应自觉向他们学习，不忘初心、牢记使命，在听令景从中践行忠诚，在攻坚克难中创造业绩。有多大担当才能干多大事业，尽多大责任才会有多大成就。党员就要在平时看得出来，关键时刻站得出来，危急关头豁得出来，勇于在急难险重任务面前当先锋、打头阵、立标杆。1949年10月30日，刘亚楼对各航校负责人下达军令：12月1日必须全部开学，按规定开学，是英雄，拖延时间开学，是狗熊。五航校负责人方子翼前往济南办校时，只带了编制表和周恩来写给山东军区司令员许世友的信。就是在这样缺跑道、缺人员、缺营房的情况下，经过一个月奋战，6所航校全部按时开学。革命前辈这种不折不扣、雷厉风行、敢作善为的精神，永远值得新时代党员学习弘扬。当兵就要上战场。对广大军队党员来说，能打仗、打胜仗是最大实绩。战场打不赢，一切等于零。军队因战而生、为战而存，制强胜强是永恒的价值追求。我军之所以始终是党和人民值得信赖的英雄军队，就在于我们不仅能打下红色江山，而且能保卫红色江山。军队党员向党的生日献礼，最重要的就是树牢战斗队思想，立起战斗力标准，当好战斗员角色，真想打仗的事情、真谋打仗的问题、真抓打仗的准备，最大限度提升对战斗力的贡献值，确保党和人民需要的时候拉得出、上得去、打得赢，在战旗上续写铁血荣光，在新征程上交出优异答卷。
