新华社北京6月30日电（记者邵艺博、冯歆然）外交部发言人郭嘉昆30日在介绍中国—中东欧国家合作情况时表示，中方一向从战略高度和长远角度看待和发展同中东欧国家关系，愿同各成员国继续做实做强中国—中东欧国家合作机制，让弥足珍贵的传统友谊在新时代迸发新活力，也为中欧关系注入更多稳定性、增添更强推动力。郭嘉昆在当日例行记者会上说，中国—中东欧国家合作机制是双方共同发起的跨区域合作平台。建立14年来，无论国际形势如何变化，各方始终坚持平等相待、互利合作、开放包容的理念，机制日臻成熟，合作日益深化，一批惠及各方的成果落地见效。“这一机制已成为中国与中东欧国家双边关系发展的加速器，高质量共建‘一带一路’的推进器，更是在欧洲共同构建人类命运共同体的生动范例。” 郭嘉昆介绍，今年5月，第七次中国—中东欧国家地方领导人会议暨2026山东国际友城合作交流周活动在山东济南成功举办。6月，中东欧国家政党、议会、智库、青年组织代表齐聚湖北武汉，出席“2026中国与中东欧青年政治家论坛”。6月29日，国务院新闻办公室举办了第四届中国—中东欧国家新闻发言人对话会。“上述活动聚焦友好交流、共筑合作愿景，为中国—中东欧合作注入了新动能。” “中方一向从战略高度和长远角度看待和发展同中东欧国家关系，愿同各成员国携手努力，坚守合作初心，继续做实做强中国—中东欧国家合作机制，让弥足珍贵的传统友谊在新时代迸发新活力，也为中欧关系发展注入更多稳定性、增添更强推动力。”郭嘉昆说。
