新华社北京5月12日电（记者万倩仪、董雪）针对巴拉圭总统近日窜访台湾并与赖清德会晤，外交部发言人郭嘉昆12日表示，中方敦促巴拉圭政府早日改弦更张、认清大势、顺应民意，作出承认一个中国原则的正确政治决断。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：据报道，巴拉圭总统培尼亚7日至10日窜台，8日在台北与赖清德举行会晤并签署多份“合作协议”。培妄称支持台“参与国际多边体系”，“国际社会应承认台湾”“台方不需要担心‘邦谊’生变”。台巴“友谊”体现在为巴拉圭人民带来的具体项目、投资和机遇中。中方对此有何评论？郭嘉昆表示，中方坚决反对、强烈谴责巴方有关行径。世界上只有一个中国，台湾是中国领土不可分割的一部分，一个中国原则是国际关系基本准则和国际社会普遍共识。长期以来，巴拉圭各界朋友不断发出发展对华关系的强烈呼声，根据巴国内民调显示，近九成巴民众支持中巴建交，这充分说明同中国建交符合巴拉圭人民根本和长远利益，与台湾当局沆瀣一气不得人心。巴方有关政治人物不仅对此充耳不闻，还冒天下之大不韪公然窜台为赖清德之流站台，甘当“台独”分裂势力的棋子，其究竟是为了巴拉圭人民的利益还是另有所图，相信明眼人都能看清。 “我们敦促巴拉圭政府早日改弦更张、认清大势、顺应民意，作出承认一个中国原则的正确政治决断。历史的车轮不会等待任何国家。背离一个中国原则只会自绝于国际社会。”郭嘉昆说。
