新华社北京6月30日电（记者叶昊鸣）今年7月11日是第22个中国航海日。交通运输部副部长李兴湖30日在国新办举行的新闻发布会上表示，今年航海日活动的主题为“数智赋能，领航未来”。李兴湖介绍，今年航海日的主题设置，紧扣“十五五”时期我国航海事业高质量发展要求，进一步强调“数智化升级”的发展要求。同时，呼应今年世界海事日主题，推动将数智赋能实践转化为航海事业发展实效。李兴湖说，今年航海日将保留很多传统活动，如7月11日当天将继续组织船舶挂满旗、集体鸣笛，中国航海日活动组织委员会将按惯例在当天发布航海日公告；中国航海学会将在江苏扬州举办中国航海日论坛，珠江航务管理局、上海市交通委等将举办有关主题活动。今年航海日活动也做出了一些创新。李兴湖表示，7月11日当天上午，组委会将在北京首次以线上线下方式举办2026年中国航海日主场活动，让活动覆盖全国航海业。组委会有关成员单位将发布行业最新政策、实践成果、相关获奖名单等，并邀请航海业代表分享他们的故事。同时，推出“我们一起去看海”等系列主题宣传活动，举办救捞技能比武、航行安全治理对话，开展中国救捞成立75周年纪念活动等，并发布《国内水域新能源船型2026》等多项行业成果，全方位展现航海事业发展风貌。为更好拉近群众与航海的距离，李兴湖说，今年很多地方组织了丰富多彩的群众性活动。“比如，上海中国航海博物馆将联合6家航海类博物馆，推出涉海文物线上展示。北京、福建等多地将推出航海日主题水路客运航次，欢迎大家参与体验。”他说。 “目前，航海日各项筹备工作正有序推进，希望大家可以通过每年的航海日活动更好地认识航海、热爱航海。”李兴湖说。
