细节之中抓作风 ■新华社记者唐健辉 “小事小节是一面镜子，能够反映人品，反映作风。小事小节中有党性，有原则，有人格。”在《之江新语》中，习近平同志曾这样写道。党的作风就是党的形象，关系人心向背，关系党的生死存亡。细节之中抓作风，习近平总书记讲述的“苹果的故事”，引人深思、启人明辨。 2022年8月，习近平总书记赴辽宁考察，第一站来到坐落在锦州的辽沈战役纪念馆。英烈馆内，悬挂着一面“仁义之师”锦旗。锦旗背后的故事，习近平总书记十分熟悉—— 那是辽沈战役期间，锦州乡间的苹果已经熟了，行军路过的解放军战士虽然饥渴难耐，却一个都没有摘。战士们说：“这是人民的苹果。” 一句“人民的苹果”，道出中国共产党赢得民心的原因——优良的作风、严明的纪律。 “这样的苹果，我们现在也不能吃。”总书记的话意味深长。 2025年春节前夕，习近平总书记再赴辽宁考察，看望慰问基层干部群众。在听取辽宁省委和省政府工作汇报时，谈到当地苹果产业，总书记再次讲起这个故事。 “苹果”虽小，却映照出党在人民心中的样子。从这些微小细节入手，中国共产党领导的军队有了区别于其他一切旧式军队的优良作风，人民群众看到了国家的希望、民族的未来。时光流转，从细节之处抓作风一以贯之。新时代以来，抓中央八项规定精神贯彻落实，正是从看似司空见惯的小事小节、不良歪风抓起。从抓月饼、抓贺卡、抓烟花爆竹，到抓节假日、抓“八小时外”、抓日常……一个个具体问题的突破，带动面上问题的解决，折射出以习近平同志为核心的党中央抓作风问题的清晰思路、坚定信念。多年前，一名基层干部因为巡查市场时吃拿商户两个苹果没付钱，被当地纪委通报，付出了高昂的代价。不是小题大做，而是因为改进作风，必须从细节入手，抓早抓小、防微杜渐。 “堤溃蚁穴，气泄针芒。”一些违纪违法党员干部正是从接受一盒茶叶、一张购物卡、一顿饭局开始，逐渐滑向腐败深渊。 “抓细，就是要深入抓、见实招。作风建设，重在抓细节，必须环环抓。”习近平总书记曾深刻指出，“老百姓看作风建设，主要不是看开了多少会、讲了多少话、发了多少文件，而是看解决了什么问题。” 从遏制“舌尖上的浪费”，到刹住“车轮上的腐败”、整治“会所里的歪风”，再到持续解决形式主义突出问题，深化拓展为基层减负工作……我们党从细节着手纠治“四风”，刹住了一些长期没有刹住的歪风，纠治了一些多年未除的顽瘴痼疾。尽小者大，慎微者著。从一件件小事抓起，党风政风焕然一新，社风民风持续向好，我们党以作风建设新气象赢得了人民群众衷心拥护。今年是中国共产党成立105周年。站在新的起点上，新时代共产党人必将以优良作风交出新的更加优异的答卷。（新华社北京6月28日电）
