做事不一定等“万全” ■正祥俗话说：“三思而后行。”做事前理应多考虑、多掂量，多想一步、深想一层，才能做到审慎处事、防止莽撞行事。然而，很多事情难有万全之策。倘若追求“万全”，顾虑和犹豫就会拖住我们前行的脚步，机会可能悄然溜走。其实，有些问题，坐在原地总是想不透，迈开脚步反而能化解。某部一名干部，组织上出于培养锻炼的考虑，计划安排他到异地交流任职。这本是一件好事，可这名干部却犯了难。因为他的孩子刚出生，妻子没工作，老人帮不上忙。去，放心不下家里；不去，机会错过了。思来想去，越想越没底。后来妻子一句话让他下了决心：“先去了再说。”有了妻子的支持，他到新单位后踏实工作，几年之后家属随军落户，很快住房问题解决，妻子也找到了工作。回过头来看，当初顾虑的那些问题，都不存在了。这件事给我们的启示是：有些事，不必等“万全”才去做。一件事要不要做、能不能做，关键看能否抓住主要矛盾。这名干部之所以能下定决心，核心是妻子的支持——这是主要矛盾。至于孩子谁来带、妻子工作怎么办、住房问题咋解决等等，都是次要矛盾，可以在行动中逐步化解。现实中，有些人干事之前，非得把所有困难都考虑到、所有方案都论证透、所有风险都规避掉，才敢迈出第一步。然而，“想”的尽头往往不是“通”，而是“堵”。人的认知是有限的，不可能分析出所有变量。一件事在头脑中推演时，困难会被放大，不确定性会让人焦虑，而那些潜在的机遇、意外的助力、事到临头的变通，在“想”的阶段是看不见的。若想“万事俱备”才迈步，结果往往是裹足不前。不必“万全”才去做，不是鲁莽行事，而是迎难而上的担当。王进喜有一句名言：“有条件要上，没有条件创造条件也要上。”当年大庆荒原缺设备、缺住房、缺物资，处处皆是难啃的“硬骨头”，王进喜带领队伍凭着一股敢闯敢干的劲头，打出了大庆第一口油井，并创造了当时的钻井纪录。干事创业、推进工作，很难存在所有要素都具备的理想起点。看准了、认定了，就要抓住机会，果断付诸行动，不能被困难吓倒、被条件束缚。把难题、短板留在实践中逐一破解，在干中学习、在闯中完善，方能不断打开事业发展新局面。对军人而言，更是如此。战场不等人，战机不等人，强军事业更不等人。练兵备战中的新装备、新战法、新课题，很多都是在摸索中突破、在实践中迭代。战场上没有完美预案，任务中难有万全条件。一般情况下，先干起来再说，在干中积累、在干中精进。很多困难，用脑去想，好像都是“拦路虎”；动手去干，发现竟是“纸老虎”。有了正确的目标加上无畏的勇气，在实践中就没有迈不过去的坎、闯不过去的关。
