毕业考核搬上“和平方舟” ——海军军医大学组织毕业学员参加海上实战化救护演练见闻 ■解放军报特约通讯员汪天玄夏日，东海某海域，“和平方舟”号医院船劈波远航。 “右舷出现批量‘伤员’，立即组织救治！”战斗警报突然响起，一场由毕业学员全程自主谋划、临机决策的海上实战化救护演练拉开帷幕。这是海军军医大学将毕业考核搬上“和平方舟”号这艘万吨级医院船的一幕。据了解，此次考核聚焦“舰救护所—编队救护所—医院船医疗所”海上三级救治，采用虚实结合、岸海衔接的方式，重点演练批量“伤员”医疗救护与后送等科目。笔者在现场看到，医疗区被划分为检伤分类、手术室、复苏监护单元等不同功能区。指挥组的学员一边协调各科室，一边处置突发状况。从检伤分类到手术救治，整个过程全部由学员自主指挥、自主实施。“教员在考核中只当观察员，不干预演练决策。”现场指挥员介绍，这样安排的目的，是让毕业学员在真实战场环境中，完成从课堂到战场、从学员到军医的跨越。 “和平方舟”号医院船手术室内，一场颅脑火器伤模拟手术正在进行。麻醉、消毒、铺单……学员们全神贯注操作，成功从“伤员”体内取出“弹片”。走下手术台，学员王雪儿的后背已被汗水浸透。“这次毕业考核硝烟味十足，在摇晃的船上做手术，每步操作都不能有丝毫偏差。”她说，毕业考核让她对战场卫勤保障的理解更加深刻。演练过程中，该大学自主研发的卫勤信息化系统全程赋能。“海上医疗救护与后送卫勤态势可视化系统”让指挥组对每名“伤员”的位置、伤情、处置进度一目了然。不仅如此，教员依托海上卫勤考核评估系统，从理论知识、操作技能、团队协作、综合效果4个维度对学员进行量化评分，考核评价更加科学高效。 “‘和平方舟’号医院船曾赴多个国家和地区执行医疗救援任务，是海军军事医学的流动名片。”现场指挥员表示，把毕业考核搬上“和平方舟”，旨在让学员全链路、全要素、全流程体验海上卫勤保障实际，全面检验提升岗位履职能力。 “我是中国人民解放军军人，我宣誓……”演练结束，毕业学员们在“和平方舟”号医院船甲板上整齐列队，面对军旗庄严宣誓。一名学员告诉笔者：“今天我们在这里淬火，明天我们将在大洋上守护战友生命。我们将以‘和平方舟’为起点，坚定履行人民军医的神圣职责。”
