“过度提醒”也不对 ■北部战区陆军某旅某连干部王淦最近，我带队负责野外驻点执勤任务。这项工作涉及细节较多、事项繁琐，因此我在连务会上、晚点名时强调了纪律要求和执勤规范。任务展开后，看到官兵，我也总想絮叨几句。只是每次话到嘴边，想起之前与下士钱玉山发生的误会，我便会默默把话咽回去。钱玉山向来踏实肯干、训练刻苦，但在一段时间里连续几次工作出现失误。我知道，这是因为他手头任务较多，所以没有批评，只是多加关注，时不时出言提醒：出操前强调“检查内务，别再粗心马虎”，领取装备时交代“仔细登记，小心漏项出错”，执行任务前更是反复敲打“注意力集中，千万不要再‘掉链子’”…… 然而，面对我的“关怀备至”，钱玉山却越发情绪低落、沉默寡言，工作训练都有些不在状态。我几次找他谈心，他只说“没事”，这让我有种一拳打在棉花上的无力感。很快，我们俩的微妙关系被钱玉山的班长注意到了，他找到我道出原因：“钱玉山犯错之后本就十分自责，您虽然没有批评，但事事叮嘱、处处敲打，让他觉得您不信任他，工作还没干，就提前认定他会犯错。” 在我看来，战士容易忙中出错，自己多加提醒理所应当，没承想竟会让钱玉山产生这种误解。当晚，我再次找到钱玉山，询问他是否因为我的提醒感到困扰。他见我已经知晓事情缘由，便没再隐瞒内心想法：“出错之后，我事事小心，生怕再出问题，可您的每一遍提醒，都好像在说我‘不行’，让我感觉自己什么都干不好……”我立即向他说清，自己绝对没有这种想法，只是出于“婆婆嘴”心态，习惯唠叨几句，并且对他近期的工作表现表示认可。把话说开后，钱玉山很快找回状态，眼神亮了、劲头足了，再没出现失误。这件事给我上了一课：过度提醒就像提前指责。很多时候，我们担心战士出错走弯路，便把“提醒”挂在嘴边，把“敲打”当成常态。然而，严管不是“盯死”，厚爱更不是没完没了的絮叨。一句话说一遍是提醒，说几遍就是压力；一件事提一次是举例，时不时反复提起就成了“翻旧账”。作为带兵人，不仅要善于提醒，也要敢于放手，只有给足战士信任与认可，他们才能越干越有信心，真正成长成才。（杨舒整理）
