履职尽责实干担当 ■周俊冰在中国共产党成立105周年之际，习主席给新华社老党员张连生回信强调：“新时代共产党人要传承红色基因，不忘初心、牢记使命，履职尽责、实干担当，在新征程上书写优异答卷。”这封回信，为广大党员干部干事创业、履职尽责提供了行动指南。履职尽责是对每名党员干部的基本要求，更是党性观念的具体体现。履职尽责是否到位，关乎工作质效与事业成败。党员干部只有知责于心、担责于身、履责于行，才能干出一番事业，创造出非凡业绩。对军队党员干部来说，履职尽责关乎练兵备战，关乎战场胜负，丝毫不能松懈，一点不能敷衍。 “千虚不博一实”，履职尽责落实到具体行动中，就是要勇于实干担当、有所作为。是否实干担当，最能看出党员干部的党性作风、初心底色。军队党员干部只有知重负重、苦干实干，下大力解决好制约战斗力建设的难点堵点问题，才能更好履行使命任务。新征程上，军队党员干部应以时时放心不下的责任感、积极担当作为的精气神履好职、尽好责，找准干的方向、保持干的劲头、提升干的本领，奋发进取、善作善成，为推动新时代强军事业贡献更大力量。
