新华社北京6月26日电（记者万倩仪、吴梦桐）外交部发言人郭嘉昆26日表示，中方祝贺法赫米先生被任命为阿盟新任秘书长，期待他任职期间推动中阿关系取得进一步发展。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：据报道，22日，阿拉伯国家联盟外长理事会同意任命埃及前外长法赫米为阿盟秘书长。中方对此有何评论？对中阿关系发展有何期待？郭嘉昆表示，阿盟是阿拉伯国家团结自强的象征。中方祝贺法赫米先生被任命为阿盟新任秘书长，期待他任职期间推动中阿关系取得进一步发展。作为阿拉伯国家的好朋友、好伙伴，中方愿同阿方加强团结合作，共同应对挑战，不断丰富中阿战略伙伴关系内涵，构建更高水平中阿命运共同体。
