“永远不要以为做到了一百分” ■张雨晴前不久，神舟二十三号载人飞船发射取得圆满成功。与以往相比，神舟二十三号载人飞船舷窗结构进行了优化升级，提升了抵御空间碎片撞击的防护能力，这一改变源于神舟二十号载人飞船疑似遭空间微小碎片撞击的意外情况。一位航天工作者感慨，“永远不要以为做到了一百分”。这也启示我们，开展军事斗争准备和实战化训练，永远不要有自满心态，应切实把各种情况想全，下好先手棋、打好主动仗。军事斗争准备是军队的基本实践活动，是有效塑造态势、管控危机、遏制战争、打赢战争的重要保证。战争是不确定性的王国，战场上没有“标准答案”，军事斗争准备也不会有绝对的“满分”。如果觉得自己做到了“一百分”，就可能滋生自满情绪、产生懈怠心理、忽视隐藏风险，一旦出现预料之外的情况，就会手忙脚乱、不知所措，后果可想而知。就像第一次世界大战后，法国为应对德国的入侵威胁，耗费巨资修建了马其诺防线。然而，战争并未按照法国人的预想进行。当德军装甲部队绕过这一防线发动突然袭击时，法军措手不及，仅仅抵抗40多天就被迫投降。现代战争战场态势瞬息万变，作战环境复杂多变，多维战场空间融为一体，参战力量更加多元、组织指挥更加复杂、联合协同要求更高，迫切需要在变化中不断摸索胜战规律，在发展中持续夯实应变能力。“善用兵者，防乱于未乱，备急于未急。”只有把敌情设想得复杂些，把困难设想得严酷些，从思想、能力和行动上做好打“逆风仗”的准备，才能在残酷激烈、复杂多变的战场上从容应对、措置裕如。唯物辩证法告诉我们，准备最坏的，更有利于争取最好的。世界上没有算无遗策的常胜将军，只有平时把预案做在前、做充分，战场上面对意想不到的情况时才会多一分从容。在军事斗争准备上，我们应增强忧患意识，强化底线思维、极限思维，居安思危、未雨绸缪，把困难估计得更充分一些、把风险思考得更深入一些、把应对预案做得更扎实一些，切实提高军事斗争准备的针对性实效性，这样才能有备无患、处变不惊。打仗不可能都是“铁锤砸核桃”，少不了苦仗、恶仗、难打的仗、意料之外的仗。各级指挥员应清醒认识到，无论平时做了多少预案、多少准备，未来战场遇到的情况，不可能完全按照预案进行。言武备者，练为最要。各级指挥员应坚持从实战需要出发，从难从严训练部队，大抓实战化对抗训练、复杂环境下训练、极限条件下训练，练就一不怕苦、二不怕死的战斗精神和克敌制胜的过硬本领。只有把自己所缺的、战场所需的、对手所怕的练到位、练过硬，以确定性应对不确定性，才能牢牢掌握未来战场的主动权，始终立于不败之地。
