新华社北京6月26日电十四届全国人大常委会第二十三次会议26日下午在北京人民大会堂闭幕。会议经表决，通过了新修订的商标法、关于修改注册会计师法的决定；决定免去关志鸥的自然资源部部长职务。国家主席习近平分别签署第77、78、79号主席令。赵乐际委员长主持闭幕会。常委会组成人员151人出席会议，出席人数符合法定人数。会议表决通过了全国人大常委会关于授权香港特别行政区对皇岗口岸港方口岸区及相关延伸区实施管辖的决定。会议表决通过了全国人大常委会关于批准2025年中央决算的决议，批准了2025年中央决算。会议表决通过了全国人大常委会代表资格审查委员会关于个别代表的代表资格的报告。会议经表决，任命王忠林为全国人大环境与资源保护委员会副主任委员，曾萍为全国人大常委会法制工作委员会副主任。会议还表决通过了其他任免案。全国人大常委会副委员长李鸿忠、王东明、肖捷、郑建邦、丁仲礼、蔡达峰、何维、武维华、铁凝、彭清华、张庆伟、洛桑江村、雪克来提·扎克尔，秘书长刘奇出席会议。国务院副总理刘国中，最高人民法院院长张军，最高人民检察院检察长应勇，国家监察委员会负责同志，全国人大各专门委员会成员，各省区市人大常委会负责同志，部分副省级城市人大常委会主要负责同志，部分全国人大代表，有关部门负责同志等列席会议。闭幕会后，十四届全国人大常委会举行第二十三讲专题讲座，赵乐际委员长主持。全国人大财政经济委员会副主任委员、南开大学校长陈雨露作了题为《我国银行业的演变历程与现代化发展》的讲座。
