新华社北京6月26日电（记者吴梦桐、温馨）外交部发言人郭嘉昆26日表示，中方愿同国际社会一道，以纪念联合国宪章日为契机，重温宪章初心，弘扬宪章精神，捍卫宪章宗旨和原则，维护联合国、重振联合国、壮大联合国，推动构建更加公正合理的全球治理体系。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：今天是联合国宪章日。中方怎么看待当前联合国宪章宗旨和原则遭遇的冲击？如何更好维护宪章的权威性？郭嘉昆说，联合国宪章建立了以联合国为核心的国际体系，确立了处理国与国关系的规范，奠定了国际法治的基石，遵守联合国宪章成为战后国际社会的最大公约数。当今世界种种乱象，究其根源，不是宪章的精神过时了，而是宪章所确立的国际秩序未得到有效维护，宪章所体现的国际关系基本准则未得到切实遵守。郭嘉昆说，作为在联合国宪章上第一个签字的国家，中国始终是宪章的拥护者和践行者。今年5月中方担任安理会轮值主席期间，王毅外长赴纽约主持了安理会高级别会议，主题就是“维护联合国宪章宗旨和原则，加强以联合国为核心的国际体系”，目的就是推动各方就宪章历史意义和时代价值等进行深入讨论。近110个国家的代表与会，大家发出的共同声音就是我们需要维护同一个体系，那就是以联合国为核心的国际体系，需要遵守同一套规则，那就是以宪章宗旨和原则为基础的国际关系基本准则。 “中方愿同国际社会一道，以纪念联合国宪章日为契机，重温宪章初心，弘扬宪章精神，捍卫宪章宗旨和原则，维护联合国、重振联合国、壮大联合国，推动构建更加公正合理的全球治理体系。”郭嘉昆说。
