借鉴“金缮”思维解难 ■刘奇山金缮，是运用大漆等天然材质，对瓷器、玉器等残缺器物进行黏合补缺，并在接缝处敷以金粉或金箔装饰的一种传统修复技艺。其精髓在于化缺为美，不仅能将器物修补完整，更使其重焕光彩、熠熠生辉。这一传统技艺和先人智慧启示我们，遇到困难局面，唯有化被动为主动、巧寻良策，方能开辟新局。破解工作中的堵点难点，尤须我们借鉴“金缮”思维，直面现实问题、及时查漏补缺、精心运筹解决，把“老大难”一步步变为事业发展的新亮点。直面问题，知难而进。金缮者，敢于直面破碎，善于化缺为美，这种直面问题的勇气和担当弥足珍贵。现实中，有人自认为“没有金刚钻，不揽瓷器活”，遇到棘手问题便推脱躲绕；有人以“瑕不掩瑜”自我麻痹，对风险隐患听之任之……出现这些现象，根子在于没有形成对问题的正确认识，缺乏主动作为和敢于斗争精神。必须清醒认识到，问题有时并非绊脚石，而是迈上更高台阶的垫脚石。观念一变天地宽，若将问题视为改进工作的靶标，在破解难题的过程中总结经验、改进不足，问题清单便能转化为成效清单。“事不避难者进。”历史和现实雄辩证明，正是因为敢于直面问题，不断攻克前进道路上的一个个“娄山关”“腊子口”，我党我军才能从胜利不断走向新的胜利。面对具有许多新的历史特点的伟大斗争，我们更要发扬历史主动精神，知难而进、攻坚克难，善于在危机中育新机、于变局中开新局。耐心干事，深耕细作。金缮修复流程多，讲究耐心细致、层层递进，如果缺乏定力、耐心不足，则难以收获完满。做任何工作都是如此，心浮气躁、急于求成，是难以取得实效的，必须以“凿深井”的精神深耕细作，以“不管风吹浪打，胜似闲庭信步”的从容和定力久久为功、善作善成。俗话说，细节决定成败。只有下足绣花功夫，做好夯基固本的基础工作，将问题研究透、把可能想周全、让细节臻于完善，做到有备无患、有条不紊，才能在日积月累中练就过硬本领，推动工作迈上新台阶。立足实际，精准施策。金缮技艺之所以能做到修复精美，关键在于精准把握原器物的形态、材质，选用恰当材料与工艺顺势而为。干事创业同样如此，必须立足实际、精准施策，坚持具体问题具体分析，“一把钥匙开一把锁”。通过扎实的调查研究把实情摸清摸透，把准事物发展规律，有的放矢探求破解之道，决不能拍脑袋、想当然，简单“套公式”“抄作业”。必须制订清晰可行的实施方案，既要尽力而为、保持进取姿态，也要量力而行、稳扎稳打，以务实行动破解难题，推动工作创新发展。
