积小善而成大德 ■刘维姣作家魏巍曾为河北一位村支书撰写碑文，接连用几个“一”来评价其为政清廉、两袖清风的品质：“数十年来，他没喝过公家一杯酒，没用过集体一根柴，没花过公家一文钱……”表面看来，这几个“一”背后并没有什么惊天动地的大事，但正是一件件小事的积累，让我们看到了一名廉洁奉公、一尘不染、品德高尚的人民公仆形象。 “尽小者大，慎微者著。”在小事上努力才能成就大事业，在小节上谨慎方可德行彰显。唐代名相陆贽素以“清慎”闻名，但也有人反映他不近人情。唐德宗得知后劝他：“卿清慎太过，诸道馈遗，一皆拒绝，恐事情不通，如鞭靴之类，受亦无伤。”陆贽对此极不赞同，进谏道：“贿道一开，展转滋甚。鞭靴不已，必及金玉。目见可欲，何能自窒于心？已与交私，何能中绝其意？是以涓流不绝，溪壑成灾矣。”“涓流不绝”发展下去必然是“溪壑成灾”。陆贽对所谓“小事”的清醒认识，促其一生廉洁，终成一代名相。习主席指出：“于细微处见精神，于细微处也见品德。小事小节是一面镜子，能够反映人品，反映作风。小事小节中有党性，有原则，有人格。”崇高的党性修养、坚定的原则立场、伟大的品行人格是内化的、不易为人所察觉的，要通过日常工作生活中的一言一行、一举一动体现。同时，小事小节亦如春风化雨，在一点一滴、日积月累中潜移默化地塑造着一个人的精神境界和道德品格。可以说，一个人的良好形象就是在重小节中立起的，党员干部的优秀品德就是在积小善中成就的。 “自我心存道，外物少能逼。”党员干部要积小善、成大德，必先破除“心中贼”。这就要求党员干部在心中自架“高压线”、自设“防火墙”、自念“紧箍咒”，始终正心明道、怀德自重。只有不因“小事情”而逾矩，不因“小问题”而纵容，不因“小意思”而动摇，时刻谨守心中之界、敬畏心中之戒，才能做到“心不动于微利之诱，目不眩于五色之惑”。积小善贵在坚守原则，保持定力，久久为功。积善成德、保持操守，好比逆水行舟，一篙不可放缓；犹如滴水穿石，一滴不可懈怠。“堤溃蚁孔，气泄针芒”，搞一次特殊，就丢掉一分威信；破一次规矩，就留下一个污点；谋一次私利，就失去一片民心。殊不知，针尖大的窟窿漏过斗大的风。守好小事小节的关口，绝非一时一事的要求，而是一生一世的必修课。积小善还离不开时刻自重自省自警自励，始终慎独慎初慎微慎友。新征程上，每名党员干部都应以“检身若不及”的自觉，常持“探照灯”反躬自省，善用“显微镜”检视自身，做到表里如一，坚守是非界限，保持警钟长鸣。事实证明，让检视自我、革新自我成为一种习惯，增强“免疫力”、锻造“金刚身”，就一定能积小善而成大德，修炼良好的官德人品，赢得官兵的信任。
