一双草鞋一堂课 ■黄智杰解放军报特约记者石芝鹏 “太硌了，每踩一下都钻心的疼！”前不久，陆军某旅某连教育课上，授课人吕指导员将一双自己从江西于都带回的草鞋递给上等兵肖煊，请他试穿。肖煊穿上后没走几步，就感觉难以忍受。 “草结那么硬，穿上肯定会扎脚”“这鞋太粗糙了，难怪容易把脚磨出水泡”……看着肖煊痛苦的表情，台下战友也纷纷开始议论。此时，吕指导员声音一沉，意味深长地说：“同志们，穿着草鞋走几步路，我们就疼得受不了。可红军却穿着它爬雪山、过草地，冒着枪林弹雨走完了两万五千里长征！” 接着，他话锋一转：“虽然我们现在早就不穿草鞋了，但长征精神在我们身上不能丢。训练场上的极限冲刺如同‘雪山’，演习中的生死较量好比‘草地’，岗位上的日复一日坚守就是‘腊子口’。虽然时代不同，但是革命军人要时刻肩负起自己的职责和使命。” 话音落下，全场爆发出阵阵掌声。一双草鞋，让官兵对长征精神有了深切感受。 “这堂课成功的秘诀在于‘借物说理’，这是旅里探索创新教育形式的又一尝试。”宣传科杨科长告诉记者，用一个物件把历史与现实关联起来，把大道理变成能摸到、痛到、尝到的切身感受，才能让教育更好地触及灵魂，打开官兵心门。前不久，个别机务新兵向某连陈指导员“倒苦水”：“机务兵不能像飞行员那样翱翔蓝天，每天在幕后默默无闻，一身汗、满脸油，有啥意思？” 陈指导员没有急着反驳，而是用一枚直升机旋翼销钉给官兵上了一堂课。他拿起一枚钉子，递到一名老机务兵手里：“你天天跟它打交道，说说它有什么作用？” 这名老兵用手掂量着那枚冰凉的金属销钉，声音干脆：“别小看它，没有它，再先进的战机也飞不起来。机务兵就像这枚旋翼销钉，看似不起眼，但每一次战机的平安起降，都离不开我们日复一日的精准检查和精细维护……” 听完老班长一番话，课堂瞬间安静了。陈指导员接过话头，鼓励大家：“一线有一线的荣光，幕后有幕后的使命。一枚销钉能护航战鹰高飞，一名机务兵也能托举打赢梦想。你们今天拧的每一颗螺丝，都是为明天制胜战场增强底气！” 那一刻，原先“倒苦水”的几名新兵眼中的迷茫渐渐散开，对自身岗位有了不一样的认识：每个岗位都是作战体系中不可或缺的关键一环，平凡的机务岗位也能为战场打赢作出大贡献。
