新华社北京6月25日电（记者潘洁、谢希瑶）商务部新闻发言人何亚东在25日举行的例行新闻发布会上就中美经贸磋商最新进展、反制美方增列所谓“中国军事企业清单”、日本经济界人士接连访华等热点问题进行回应。在回应中美贸易磋商在关税方面有何进展时，何亚东说，按照中美经贸磋商达成的共识，双方同意成立贸易理事会，并将在理事会项下讨论对等降税等合作。双方经贸团队将就此开展进一步磋商。他说，中美双方在飞机和农产品领域的贸易合作是互利共赢的。双方团队将继续保持沟通，鼓励并指导各自企业加强对接，拓展相关领域贸易合作。针对美国政府增列所谓“中国军事企业清单”的恶劣做法，何亚东说，中国商务部于6月22日发布公告，依法将艾维奥克斯公司等10家美国实体列入出口管制管控名单，禁止对其出口两用物项；同日，财政部发布通知，依法规定在政府采购活动中，不得采购46家美国企业生产的产品。 “美国政府增列所谓‘中国军事企业清单’做法严重损害中国企业正当合法权益，中方不得不进行反制，上述美国企业均是涉军企业。我们敦促美方立即停止错误做法，与中方相向而行，努力维护好、发展好中美建设性战略稳定关系。”何亚东说。近期，日本经济界人士接连访华。对此，何亚东表示，中国持续扩大高水平开放，打造市场化、法治化、国际化一流营商环境，同世界各国开展互利共赢的经贸交流与合作，共享发展机遇。日本首相高市早苗发表涉台错误言论，严重损害中日关系政治基础，给中日经贸合作带来严重负面影响。 “希望日本经济界从自身利益出发，敦促日本政府切实反思纠错，为两国经贸合作重回健康发展轨道创造条件。”何亚东说。
