日方涉靖国神社消极动向挑衅国际正义 ——警惕日本“新型军国主义”的现实威胁 ■谢若初 4月下旬，日本首相高市早苗向靖国神社供奉祭品和祭祀费，一些国会议员还集体参拜靖国神社。在东京审判开庭80周年之际，日方涉靖国神社一系列消极动向公然严重践踏历史正义和人类良知，挑战二战胜利成果与战后国际秩序。历史上，靖国神社是日本军国主义对外发动侵略战争的精神工具和象征，在战争动员、愚民教育等方面发挥了关键作用。1945年日本战败后，驻日盟军总司令部要求日本废除国家神道体系，靖国神社被迫降格为“宗教法人”。虽然失去了国家宗祠身份，但在未被彻底清除的日本军国主义势力看来，恢复靖国神社“国营化”始终是其目标。此后，其以选票为诱饵，策动以保守著称的自民党先后提出旨在恢复靖国神社国家祭祀设施地位的《靖国神社法案》《慰灵表敬法案》，并推动大批政要参拜靖国神社。实际上，就祭祀主体而言，靖国神社是名副其实的“战犯神社”。在其所供奉的246万亡魂中，仅有约1.5万死于国内战争，其余均死于近代以来日本发动的历次对外侵略战争；其中更不乏14名二战甲级战犯及上千名乙、丙级战犯。而就是这样一座“战犯神社”，在战后至今的80余年间始终受到日本政客的青睐。由此可见，战后至今，靖国神社作为日本军国主义的精神支柱不仅未被清除，反而继续成为传播军国主义思想的重要场所。近年来，随着日本右倾保守化显著加剧、国家战略转型进入加速期，靖国神社与日本政客、官僚，特别是自卫队的勾连明显加强。2023年5月，时任海上自卫队训练舰队司令官的今野泰树率领160多名自卫队实习军官穿制服参拜靖国神社；2024年4月，曾拥有海上自卫队最高军衔——海将的大塚海夫出任靖国神社第十四代宫司，成为靖国神社历史上首个自卫队军官出身的最高神官；2024年8月15日，时任防卫大臣木原稔参拜靖国神社，成为首位于战败日参拜靖国神社的在职防卫大臣。军国主义思想之所以能够在当今日本广泛传播，并严重渗透至自卫队内部，最终结出“新型军国主义”恶果，靖国神社的“毒化作用”不容忽视。昭昭前事，惕惕后人。日本军国主义曾给周边国家和地区，乃至人类文明带来的系统性深重灾难不容忘却。以靖国神社为代表的军国主义余毒长期未除，当前又以“新型军国主义”形态再次对地区和平稳定构成严重威胁的事实清晰明确，全世界所有爱好和平的国家和人民必须予以坚决反击，决不允许日本军国主义死灰复燃。（作者单位：国际关系学院）
