新华社北京6月24日电（记者董雪、吴梦桐）外交部发言人郭嘉昆24日在例行记者会上答问时表示，美国和伊朗签署谅解备忘录对外发出了积极信号，应共同加以维护和落实。郭嘉昆表示，中方始终认为应通过对话谈判解决地区热点和各方分歧，反对使用武力或用武力相威胁。“美伊签署谅解备忘录承诺尊重彼此主权和领土完整，不再发动任何军事行动，避免干涉对方内政，对外发出了积极信号，应共同加以维护和落实。” 郭嘉昆说，中方始终秉持公正立场，支持一切有助于和平的努力，支持伊方维护主权安全和民族尊严，支持伊朗改善同海湾各国及地区国家关系。“中方愿根据习近平主席四点主张精神，继续以自己的方式提供协助，为早日恢复地区和平安宁发挥建设性作用。”
