专家连线近期，世界各国军工领域海陆装备新闻不断，俄罗斯“纳希莫夫海军上将”号核动力巡洋舰进入海试最后阶段，意大利PPA型巡逻舰将全面升级，加拿大“灰熊”轮式自行榴弹炮首次亮相。本期邀请陆军工程大学教授吴立辉、海军大连舰艇学院副教授王楠对3则新闻进行点评。俄罗斯核动力巡洋舰进入海试最后阶段 “纳希莫夫海军上将”号核动力巡洋舰新闻播报：5月31日，俄海军“纳希莫夫海军上将”号核动力巡洋舰开启第三阶段海试，进入大修及现代化升级后的最后测试环节。王楠：“纳希莫夫海军上将”号属于俄基洛夫级核动力巡洋舰，满载排水量2.8万吨，此次海试标志着该舰历经10余年改装后距离重新归建服役更近一步。此次升级，主要提升远程精确打击能力，该舰拆除原有的老旧导弹系统，换装垂直发射系统等新装备，可携带多达80枚“口径”或者“锆石”高超声速导弹。电子系统升级相对保守，以MR-650等成熟雷达系统替换老旧设备，提升了综合信息感知能力。实战效用方面，俄海军重点强化高超声速导弹的搭载能力，力求以相对低的成本形成战斗力。意大利PPA型巡逻舰将全面升级意大利PPA型巡逻舰新闻播报：5月29日，意大利芬坎蒂尼集团为海军第8艘PPA型巡逻舰举行龙骨铺设仪式。前期，意海军决定将现有与在建的PPA型巡逻舰全面升级“全作战系统”，具备搜索救援和执行战斗行动能力。王楠：PPA型巡逻舰的设计高度模块化，可在同一平台上通过渐进式集成发展出3种递增的作战配置。此次升级PPA型巡逻舰的核心在于集成双波段有源相控阵雷达、主动拖曳阵列声呐、反潜鱼雷发射管以及全套电子战系统；提升舰艇网络防御能力，将搭载无人航空器、无人潜航器等新装备。这使得该型舰从原本偏重巡逻的多用途巡逻舰，转变为具备防空、反舰、对陆打击和反潜等全域作战能力的“战斗护卫舰”。从战略意图看，此次统一PPA型巡逻舰的配置，将来可以打造出一支标准化多用途舰队，能够强化在地中海区域的海上安全。加拿大“灰熊”轮式自行榴弹炮首次亮相 “灰熊”轮式自行榴弹炮新闻播报：5月28日，在加拿大举行的一场防务展上，加拿大一家公司推出“灰熊”轮式自行榴弹炮，未来将替换现役M777牵引式榴弹炮。吴立辉：“灰熊”轮式自行榴弹炮采用了“系统集成、优势互补”的研发路径。它将加拿大LAV10×10轮式装甲车底盘与德国KNDS公司AGM型155毫米全自动火炮模块相结合，利用成熟的现有装备，降低研发成本。从性能数据看，该型炮具备“高射速、快打快撤”优点。全自动火炮模块最大射速9发/分，具备多发同时弹着能力；10×10轮式底盘在保证公路战略机动性的同时提升越野能力。“灰熊”轮式自行榴弹炮的推出将巩固西方多国军工技术融合交流，日后或与德国RCH155、瑞典“弓箭手”等产品争夺国际市场份额。未来，“灰熊”轮式自行榴弹炮还会朝着无人化、智能化、高机动方向发展，以适配实战环境需要。（白季平、张佳宁整理）
