第77集团军某旅推动政治工作服务备战打仗—— 融入“战斗链” 强固“生命线” ■王杰段思文日前，第77集团军某旅在野外陌生地域组织一场带实战背景的对抗训练。 “左翼小股‘敌’袭扰！”接到特情通报，该旅某分队官兵迅速前出处置。经过激烈“战斗”，分队官兵成功击溃来犯之“敌”，并抓获数名“俘虏”。解除武装、盘问搜查、转移后送……对于如何处置“俘虏”，分队负责人、某营邓教导员连续下达指令，官兵依令而行，整个处置过程顺畅平稳。训练结束后，因作战中政治工作开展得灵活高效，邓教导员获得考评组认可。 “战场态势瞬息万变，要想确保部队始终保持旺盛战斗力，政治工作必须紧贴战斗进程发力。”该旅领导介绍，近年来，他们持续推动政治工作服务备战打仗，不断提升政治干部作战中政治工作能力。谈及初衷，他回忆起此前一次训练失利。那次训练，导调组突然给出“5名官兵出现严重战场应激反应”的特情。因缺乏战斗经验、不熟悉处置流程，受领处置任务的政治干部未能根据战场形势及时组织开展思想教育，被导调组判定“失败”。“这次失利让我深刻认识到，作战中政治工作必须紧跟战场态势、紧贴实战要求。政治干部必须想方设法抓住有利时机开展政治工作，才能充分发挥‘生命线’的作用。”这名政治干部说。这场失利引起该旅党委高度重视，他们在调研中发现，部分政治干部对复杂条件下部队作战特点、官兵心理变化规律把握不够精准，开展作战中政治工作存在“慢半拍”“贴不紧”等现象。为此，该旅坚持“研于平时、检于练时、用于战时”原则，系统梳理典型作战场景、关键节点易发特情，组织政治干部集中研讨，修订完善涵盖心理攻防、战场动员等内容的作战中政治工作预案库；邀请院校专家围绕复杂环境下心理防护、信息战中的舆论引导等专题进行授课辅导，成立战例研究小组，深化对作战中政治工作的认识；将作战中政治工作演练嵌入日常战术训练，在营连战术推演中增设作战中政治工作特情处置环节，帮助政治干部在实演实训中积累经验、强筋壮骨。仗怎么打，政治工作就怎么做。在该旅近期组织的一次训练中，“敌”利用无人机进行侦察袭扰，并散播虚假信息企图扰乱军心。某导弹连林指导员根据战场态势，一边指挥分队按预案进行隐蔽伪装和抗干扰打击，一边见缝插针开展战场鼓动等作战中政治工作，有效激发官兵敢打必胜的决心斗志。最终，该连官兵士气昂扬，高效处置多个临机特情。 “从预案拟制到特情处置，从案例剖析到实战检验，我们将政治工作深度嵌入演练全程，让政治干部在‘炮火硝烟’中经受淬炼。”该旅领导说，经过实战化摔打磨砺，政治干部们“看家本领”越练越强，多次出色完成演训任务。
