新华社北京5月11日电（记者李寒芳、马欣然）第79届世界卫生大会的注册已于5月10日截止，台湾方面再次无法参加世卫大会。国务院台办发言人陈斌华11日就此答问表示，这一局面完全是民进党当局造成的，是其在台湾地区参与今年世卫大会问题上进行政治操弄、是“以卫谋独”的失败，再次证明国际社会坚持一个中国原则的格局不可撼动。陈斌华指出，我们对中国台湾地区参与世卫组织活动问题的立场是一贯的、明确的，即必须按照一个中国原则处理。此前，在两岸均坚持体现一个中国原则的“九二共识”基础上，通过两岸协商，台湾地区以“中华台北”名义、观察员身份参加世界卫生大会。这是在坚持体现一个中国原则的“九二共识”基础上，通过两岸协商作出的特殊安排。民进党当局顽固坚持“台独”分裂立场，拒不承认体现一个中国原则的“九二共识”，导致台湾地区参与世卫大会的政治基础不复存在，民进党当局的欺骗行为、挑衅行径必将遭到两岸同胞和国际社会的坚决反对，注定以失败告终。陈斌华表示，台湾是中国的台湾，台湾同胞是我们的亲人、家人。我们始终关心台湾同胞的健康福祉，对台湾地区参与全球卫生事业作出了妥善安排。坚持一个中国原则是国际社会大义所在、大势所趋，民进党当局不放弃“台独”分裂主张，不改变敌意对抗思维，一味搞政治操弄，一心想“倚外谋独”，只会在国际社会四处碰壁。
