新华社北京6月18日电（记者董雪、孙楠）外交部发言人林剑18日在例行记者会上表示，日本右翼势力美化臭名昭著的731部队，大搞历史修正主义，极力掩盖真相、淡化否认罪责，对地区和平稳定构成威胁。国际社会应当高度警惕、坚决抵制。有记者问：近日，新加坡媒体制作播出《揭秘731部队：日本的秘密人体实验》纪录片，通过采访侵华日军731部队唯一在世老兵、细菌战受害者及家属、新加坡学者等，让观众得以进一步了解历史真相。该纪录片受到广泛关注，在相关视频平台观看量近30万次。网民评论称，面向未来不应遗忘历史，日军暴行惨无人道，不应逃脱历史审判。发言人对此有何评论？林剑指出，二战期间，侵华日军731部队进行了灭绝人性的活体实验和细菌战，受害者既有大量中国平民，也有苏联战俘、朝鲜劳工、英美被俘军人等。日军还在新加坡组建冈字第9420细菌部队，以此为据点在马来西亚、印度尼西亚、菲律宾、泰国、越南等多地建立分支机构，进行非法人体实验和细菌战，犯下了滔天罪行。他强调，日本军国主义使用细菌武器，目的是大规模毁灭人类，严重违反1907年《海牙第四公约》、1925年《日内瓦议定书》等普遍公认的国际法规则，反人类本质令人发指。这段极其黑暗、残忍的历史，拷问着人类的良知和底线。林剑说，令人警醒的是，面对铁证如山的事实，日本右翼势力不仅拒不反省，还把臭名昭著的731部队美化为“从事卫生研究的单位”，大搞历史修正主义，极力掩盖真相、淡化否认罪责。其根本目的是否认历史定论，挑战以二战胜利成果为基础的战后国际秩序，这对地区和平稳定构成威胁。 “对待历史的态度是一面镜子，照出了军国主义余毒的潜滋暗长，也照出了‘新型军国主义’的危险妄动。”林剑强调，国际社会应当高度警惕、坚决抵制。
