批评和自我批评是我党我军的优良传统，通过坦诚的思想交锋，有助于保持集体肌体健康，增进内部团结，达到惩前毖后、治病救人的目的。然而，当下的一种倾向值得警惕：个别同志在批评他人时，喜欢先给人贴上一个标签。这些标签看似一针见血，实则伤人不浅。仔细琢磨就会发现，这种贴标签式的批评不仅消解了批评本身的严肃性，于解决问题无益，更背离了治病救人的初衷，甚至可能带偏部队风气。贴标签通常是通过一个高度简化的符号，为某个群体或行为定性。在信息过载的时代，标签提供了一种快速了解、快速判断的便利。但在批评的语境下，贴标签的做法，忽略了针对具体问题具体行为深入剖析的实事求是，取而代之的是以抽象的标签“一刀切”，结果导致关键症结被掩盖隐藏。而且，这类标签往往带有调侃讽刺甚至贬低的意味，原本为了改进问题、促进团结的批评就变成了伤害人格与尊严的“挖苦”。我们开展批评和自我批评，惩前是手段，目的重在毖后，真正的批评应该是基于事实的、严肃恳切的，更应该是通情达理且有建设性的。当年，八路军344旅旅长空缺，战功卓著的团长田守尧因未能升任而产生抵触情绪。朱德同志在旅党委会上对田守尧进行了严厉批评：“戏点到谁，谁就唱，没点到你，就不能出台。共产党员嘛！我们都要听党中央的，不能闹情绪。”后来，在朱德指导下，第344旅经过学习整训，总结了抗战以来的作战经验和教训，在战略思想和战术指挥上，实现了向打游击战为主的根本转变。田守尧也摒弃私心，经受了考验，相继被任命为该旅副旅长、八路军第2纵队新编第2旅旅长等。因此，对于批评者而言，应贴近研究被批评者，摸清个性、把准病根，与其草率贴标签，不如深入思考理清楚，是什么导致他们如此，是天性使然还是思想认识不够。只有搞清楚问题，才能因人施策、对症帮带。同时，批评过程中应坚持就事论事、以理说服，从团结的愿景出发，与错误现象错误思想作斗争，在新的基础上达到新的团结，而非盲目定性。批评和自我批评是制度，是责任，也是一种艺术，只有坚持以真心换真心，实事求是、不遮不掩，把问题点透讲通，才能真正达到“团结—批评—团结”的目的，始终保持部队强大的向心力凝聚力。
