您好！我是一名入伍不久的新兵。我的性格比较内向，人一多就容易紧张。本想着到了部队能锻炼一下，可班长几次鼓励我在班务会上发言，我一开口脸就红到脖子根，声音小得自己都听不清。平时战友们在一起有说有笑，我在一旁插不上话。有的战友认为我不合群，可我非常渴望融入集体。请问我该怎么办？你的烦恼，让我想起自己刚入伍时的一位战友。训练之余，别的战友三五成群打球、聊天，他总是自己独处，安安静静的。开班务会轮到他发言时，他脸憋得通红，好半天才挤出一句“我没啥说的”。起初，有人觉得他不好亲近，可日子长了，大家渐渐发现，他的被子总是班里叠得最方正的，内务柜也收拾得最整洁。看到谁的蚊帐杆松动了、谁的鞋摆乱了，他都会默默帮着整理好。后来，全连组织内务评比，他拿了第一名。从那以后，很多同年兵找他请教，他的话也一点点多起来。讲这位战友的经历，是想告诉你：一支能打仗的队伍，从来不是由同一类性格的人组成。那些不声不响把本职工作做到位的人，同样是集体不可或缺的成员。融入集体，是一个循序渐进的过程，别急着“一步到位”，不妨先从一些不起眼的小事做起：下楼时迎面碰上战友，点个头、笑一下；训练间隙，把水壶递给身边的战友……这些举动用不着多少言语，可战友间的暖意，就是这样一点一滴积攒起来的。时间长了，身边战友就会明白：你虽然话不多，却是个热心肠，是个值得托付的战友。此外，你要知道，安静本身也是一种力量。安静的人，也许在人前张不开口，可往往比别人更擅长观察，能捕捉到更多不一样的细节。连队日常事务繁杂，班长骨干有时难免顾此失彼，不妨主动承担一些细致的工作。比如，帮助整理训练器材，把常用物资归置得井井有条；留心记录每次训练中战友们容易出现的动作偏差，适时向班长提出建议……当自己的付出被看见、被需要，你就会找到存在感和归属感。另外，向战友打开心扉也需要时间。不必强求自己和所有战友都打成一片，可以先从和你性格相似的同年兵开始。你们之间不需要刻意找话题，今天聊一句“练得真累”，明天说一声“食堂那道菜不错”，慢慢地话匣子就打开了。吃完饭结个伴、出公差搭把手、周末一起洗衣服，这些日常相处能让人在集体中找到一份踏实感。找到一两个合拍的战友，平日里多在一起聊聊天，心里那根紧绷的弦便会慢慢松下来。如果与人交流时还是感到紧张，不妨把注意力放在倾听上，这也是一种很好的交流方式。和战友们聊天时，你认真地听，适时地点点头、配合一个表情，对方就能感受到你的回应。一个愿意认真倾听的人，同样会被大家珍视。久而久之你就会发现，不再害怕围坐在一起的场合。即便不说话，你也是这个集体的一员。小袁战友，内向不是缺点，只是性格的一种模样。一块拼图之所以能嵌入整幅画面，靠的不是把自己掰成“别人的形状”，而是找准属于自己的那个独一无二的位置。来到部队，我们都是这支队伍里不可或缺的那块“拼图”。当你在这个集体里找到让自己舒心的相处方式，再回过头看，一路的磕磕绊绊，已经变成成长的收获。
