新华社北京6月18日电（记者谢希瑶、邹雨沁）商务部新闻发言人何亚东在18日举行的例行新闻发布会上就中欧近期经贸谈判最新进展、外国商务人士在华工作生活指引等热点问题进行回应。 “中欧经贸领域沟通顺畅。”何亚东说，6月9日，商务部副部长兼国际贸易谈判副代表凌激在欧盟总部与欧委会贸易和经济安全总司总司长约根森举行会谈，深入、全面地讨论了中欧贸易投资磋商机制的有关工作，为近期计划举行的部长级磋商做好准备。他介绍，会谈中，欧方表示，贸易战不是欧盟对华政策目标，对中欧开展建设性对话持积极态度。中方愿与欧方共同落实双方领导人共识，通过对话协商管控分歧，妥处摩擦，促进务实合作，推动双边经贸关系健康稳定发展。近期，商务部等部门联合发布《外国商务人士在华工作生活指引（2026年版）》，这是商务部会同相关部门连续第三年编制发布指引。何亚东说，2026年版指引内容更新升级。在政策方面，比如，扩大实施单方面免签政策，优化240小时过境免签政策范围；新增离境退税内容，系统介绍离境退税政策、办理流程等。在便利服务方面，比如，新增办理使用eSIM卡有关介绍，提升通信便利；更新外国人“拍卡过闸”乘坐地铁城市范围，提升出行便利。谈及6月11日在柏林举行的“共享大市场·出口中国”德国专场活动，何亚东说，这次德国专场活动是“共享大市场·出口中国”在欧盟国家的首站，实现了经贸对接、扩大合作的双重实效。何亚东介绍，活动汇聚中德80余家企业120余位代表现场洽谈。中方组织了商飞、一汽等近20家重点企业，涉及航空装备、汽车零部件等领域。德方企业同步推介精密仪器、特色原料药等优势商品，实现了有效对接。活动中，德国企业普遍表示，中国新质生产力发展给德国产品和技术进入中国市场带来新机遇，中国超大规模市场的潜力和良好的营商环境持续吸引德国企业前往中国发展。商务部计划7月在英国组织专场活动。
