工作生活中，常会遇到这样的现象：有的机关干部下基层检查，脱离实际提要求，让基层有苦难言；有的与战友发生矛盾，站在各自立场上互不相让，给战友情谊蒙上阴影……凡此种种，都是习惯从自己的角度想问题办事情，而没有“换位思考”的结果。如此不仅会影响工作质效，也不利于营造团结的干事创业氛围。 “换位思考”看似简单，做起来其实并不容易。很多时候，我们习惯从自我视角出发，根据自己的经验、凭自己感觉，来思考问题、谋划工作、与人相处，而很少将对方的情况、感受和诉求纳入考虑的范围。要知道，工作从来不是“单打独斗”，与人相处也不能我行我素。脱离实际的判断，难免失之偏颇；无视他人难处的要求，必然难以顺利执行。部队是一个强调高度协同配合的集体，无论是日常管理，还是执行任务，都需要增强“换位思考”的能力，相互多一些理解、多一些体谅包容。唯有跳出自我局限，主动为他人、为集体着想，补位不缺位、担责不推责、配合不拆台，才能攥指成拳、形成强大战斗力。对于官兵来说，做到“换位思考”，首先要主动打破固化思维，跳出狭隘认知。遇事多想一想“换作是我，该如何应对、能否做好”，主动倾听战友心声、体察基层实情，在设身处地体谅他人、正视工作实际中，找准解决矛盾问题的方法。关键是摒弃“本位主义”，牢固树立“一盘棋”的观念。任何岗位、任何工作都是服务大局的重要一环，如果干事只盯着自己的“一亩三分地”，计较个人得失、局部利益，而忽视整体推进节奏和工作全局，就会造成工作脱节、协作断档，最终顾此失彼，难以干出过硬成绩。重点是常怀“同理心”，涵养包容胸襟。在军营各个岗位上，每名官兵都有各自职责、担负着相应任务，分工不同，情况各异，面对分歧差异应主动求同存异、坦诚沟通。唯有将心比心、换位思考，才能消解隔阂、营造默契，锻造出有凝聚力战斗力、团结奋进的集体。
