我在军校教学多年，每年的毕业季，学员都会找教员写临别赠言，我最喜欢写这六个字：本钱、本事、本分。在我看来，从军路上，这三者缺一不可，是军校学员们日后立身处世、建功军营的基石。先说本钱。大千世界，各行各业，干啥都要有本钱，做人的本钱有三：一是高尚品德。品德是为人处世的根本，行走世间的“通行证”。它能约束言行，引领方向，让人守住底线；它能滋养内心，放大格局，提升境界，让人生路走得安稳长久。二是学习能力。这是人生核心竞争力，它能使我们快速接纳新知，适应变化，补齐短板，突破局限；能拓宽眼界，提升认知，让我们不断成长。三是强健身体。“身体是革命的本钱”，不论干什么，都要有强健的体魄，充沛的精力，强大的心力。如牛负重，能埋头苦干，这是体力；加班加点，能毫不懈怠，这是精力；屡败屡战，能越挫越勇，这是心力。有这些本钱，才有干事成事的基本条件。再说本事。这是一个人是否有所作为的首要条件。本事就是解决问题的能力，战胜困难的手段，打开局面的办法，处理意外情况的招数。军人的最大本事，就是能打胜仗。红军强渡大渡河时，赵章成用仅有的3发炮弹，命中敌人核心阵地，毛泽东同志签发命令，授予他“神炮手”光荣称号。抗日战争时期，民兵英雄于化虎用地雷毙伤日伪军100余人，首创踏雷、绊雷、连环雷、梅花雷等多种地雷战术，被誉为“爆炸大王”。今天，本事高强的军人更多。海军资阳舰一级军士长马少利，创新提出“快速瞄星法”；西部战区空军某部飞行员陈思麒，中军帐里驭“鲲鹏”；火箭军某旅一级军士长崔道虎，取得30多项革新发明科研成果、7项国家发明专利……有了能揽瓷器活的真本事，才能在平凡岗位脱颖而出，让军旅人生绽放光彩。最后是本分。本分，就是守本心、行正道。做人如果失了本分，就没了约束，后果不堪设想。打个比喻，有本事者如同千里马，本分就是笼头与缰绳，千里马若失去了控制，就会成为无法驾驭的野马。那些落马的腐败分子，就是不守本分，违法乱纪，或贪污受贿，或卖官鬻爵，或投机钻营，或奢侈腐化，其结果往往是本事越大，捞得越多，摔得越惨。同样道理，不论干什么工作，都要谨守本分，遵纪守法，不越雷池，如此人生才能行稳致远。如果说本钱是油箱，品学兼优等于油箱加满了油；本事就是发动机，能力出众等于发动机强劲；本分则是刹车，守住本分等于刹车可靠。三者相得益彰，才能行得稳、走得远。因而，广大官兵无论在哪个岗位当兵服役，都要努力攒够品行本钱，夯实增厚精神底子；练好打仗本事，手里有金刚钻；再加上安守本分，循规蹈矩，必定能建功军营，青春无悔。
