新华社北京6月17日电（记者冀泽、王承昊）第十八届海峡论坛大会6月13日在厦门举行。国务院台办发言人陈斌华17日在例行新闻发布会上应询介绍，截至目前，本届论坛已举办30余项活动，超过6000名台胞特别是“首来族”和台湾青年不惧民进党当局干扰阻挠踊跃参加。这充分证明两岸同胞走亲走近、走到一起的大潮流不会改变，民进党当局干扰破坏不得人心，也不会得逞。他说，各界台湾嘉宾在参加论坛活动时，纷纷呼吁两岸关系早日重回和平发展正轨，期盼两岸扩大交流合作，携手共创民族复兴美好未来。陈斌华应询介绍，自2023年《中共中央国务院关于支持福建探索海峡两岸融合发展新路建设两岸融合发展示范区的意见》发布以来，中央和国家机关有关部门制定出台了一系列配套政策文件，福建先后发布5批74项促进闽台融合政策措施，滚动实施一批闽台融合发展重点项目，公开发布了首批17项标志性成果，示范区对台示范效应逐步显现、影响日益扩大，台胞台企登陆第一家园更加便利、闽台经济文化交流合作不断深化、福建全域融合发展保持良好势头，示范区建设取得阶段性进展。2025年，福建新设台资企业2612家，同比增长6.8%。今年1至5月，从福建口岸入境台胞51.8万人次、同比增长29.7%；往来“小三通”两岸旅客93.9万人次、增长25.6%。台媒报道，2026年民进党当局编列防务预算近9500亿元新台币，较2016年民进党上台初期增长约3倍。岛内舆论批评这是把本该用于改善民生的巨额经费挥霍在毫无意义的军备上。陈斌华就此答问时表示，民进党当局上台以来，顽固坚持“台独”分裂立场，不断勾连外部势力进行谋“独”挑衅，为一党政治私利，变本加厉挥霍台湾百姓的血汗钱，心甘情愿给外部势力交“保护费”，在穷兵黩武的邪路上狂奔。“台独”与台海和平水火不容。“保护费”换不来保护，“以武谋独”只会将台湾一步步带向灾难深渊，让台湾民众成为“台独”炮灰。陈斌华指出，台湾的前途、台湾同胞的安全保障和利益福祉，始终系于两岸关系和平发展和祖国统一。只有反对“台独”分裂，台海才能和平安宁。只有实现祖国完全统一，台湾才能永保太平。
