新华社北京6月16日电（记者董雪、吴梦桐）外交部发言人林剑16日表示，越来越多的外国企业选择“研发在中国”，将在华制造基地升级为创新策源地，在中国大市场的“健身房”中强筋健骨，锤炼提升了国际竞争力。中国将坚定不移推进高水平对外开放，为外国企业“在中国创造”提供更多支持和便利。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：根据美中贸易委员会近期发布的报告，80%的受访美企认为在华运营对其提升全球竞争力“非常重要”或“重要”。此前，中国德国商会发布的创新调查报告也显示，为加快创新速度并降低成本，德国汽车企业在中国本土进行研发的比例显著提升。这反映出，政治层面的对华“去风险”和“不公平竞争”等叙事，对外国企业决策的影响似乎有限。请问发言人对此有何评论？林剑表示，加强对华合作是机遇还是风险，企业最有发言权。是寻求保护主义，还是主动拥抱竞争、实现创新发展，企业也用实际行动作出了选择。 “中国完备的产业体系、丰富的应用场景、高素质的人才储备、持续优化的政策环境，为各国企业提供了创新的沃土。越来越多的外国企业选择‘研发在中国’，将在华制造基地升级为创新策源地，在中国大市场的‘健身房’中强筋健骨，锤炼提升了国际竞争力。”林剑说，中国将坚定不移推进高水平对外开放，为外国企业“在中国创造”提供更多支持和便利。
