6月16日下午，国防部新闻发言人陈曦大校就近期涉军问题发布消息。记者：据报道，外交部发言人宣布中方对菲律宾国防部长特奥多罗及其亲属实施制裁后，特奥多罗称将继续履行职责维护国家利益。请问对此有何评论？陈曦：外交部已多次说明了有关情况。特奥多罗及其亲属受到中方制裁，完全是其咎由自取，这是中方维护国家主权、安全、发展利益的正当举措。若任由一小撮反华分子肆意妄为，直接损害的是菲国计民生，对中菲两国两军关系带来破坏性影响。我们奉劝这些人好自为之，停止虚张声势的作秀表演。
