新华社北京6月15日电（记者吴梦桐、曹嘉玥）外交部发言人林剑15日表示，2001年6月15日，上海合作组织成立。25年来，上合组织成员国始终秉持“上海精神”，成功探索出一条新型区域合作的道路，树立了新型国际关系典范。新形势下，中方将同各成员国一道，将上合组织打造成为各国共同发展繁荣的可靠依托。当日例行记者会上，有记者问：在上海合作组织成立25周年之际，中方如何评价上合组织发展成就？中方为组织发展作出哪些突出贡献？ “经过25年发展，上合组织已成为世界上幅员最广、人口最多、发展潜力巨大的综合性区域合作组织。”林剑说，25年来，上合组织成员国始终秉持“上海精神”，坚持团结协作，不断深化政治、安全、经济、人文领域合作，打造和巩固本地区安全屏障、合作桥梁、友好纽带，成功探索出一条新型区域合作的道路，树立了新型国际关系典范。林剑表示，中国将上合组织视作周边外交优先方向。习近平主席先后提出构建上合组织命运共同体，建设团结互信、和平安宁、繁荣发展、睦邻友好、公平正义“五个共同家园”等重要理念，宣布中方在执法安全、经贸投资、人文交流、金融、减贫等领域诸多合作倡议，为上合组织发展指明方向、注入动力。2025年9月，习近平主席主持召开上合组织天津峰会，引领上合组织进入更加团结、更重协作、更富活力、更有作为的高质量发展新阶段。 “新形势下，中方将同各成员国一道，持续弘扬‘上海精神’，加强务实合作，将上合组织打造成为各国共同发展繁荣的可靠依托。”林剑说。
