第77集团军某旅深入学习贯彻习近平强军思想—— 聚焦使命任务集智研战研训 ■解放军报记者武诗韬特约记者杞卫东 “建设新型陆军离不开科学理论指引，我们一定要把习近平强军思想学深悟透。”前不久，第77集团军某旅组织党委理论学习中心组专题学习，大家围绕《习近平论强军兴军（四）》中关于加快提高部队现代化水平和打赢能力的重要论述，展开热烈讨论，并针对性制订改进措施，进一步提升部队战斗力。 “理论的价值在于指导实践，学习的成效必须落到提升打赢能力上。”该旅领导介绍，《习近平论强军兴军（四）》印发部队后，他们组织全员认真学习，将其纳入党委理论学习中心组学习、干部理论轮训和部队思想政治教育计划，采取党委领学、支部研学、个人自学模式，帮助官兵深学细悟习近平强军思想蕴含的军事观和方法论。同时，该旅党委将理论学习与破解训练难题紧密结合，引导官兵在学懂弄通做实上下功夫，努力把学习成效转化为指导实践、推动工作的强大力量。针对部队点位分散、人员难集中的实际，该旅积极探索动散条件下抓好理论学习的方法路径，遴选理论水平较高的官兵，与学习基础薄弱的同志组成“学习互助对子”，进行精准帮带；搭建云端学习平台，常态推送精品课程，方便官兵自主学习；利用“士兵讲堂”“强军故事会”等活动组织宣讲讨论，将理论学习和练兵备战紧密结合，持续掀起“比学赶超”热潮。学之愈深，行之愈笃。前不久的一次考核中，该旅紧贴高原作战特点，从难从严设置复杂特情，全面检验部队应急处置和协同作战能力。面对险难课目，官兵沉着应对、勇于冲锋，高标准完成考核任务。走下考场，一场围绕学习贯彻习近平强军思想的心得交流会随即举行，大家结合考核中暴露的薄弱环节展开讨论、探讨改进方案，进一步固强补弱。“从‘纸上学’到‘练中悟’，我更加理解了使命担当的千钧分量，练兵动力更足了。”战士李磊的发言道出了官兵的心声。随着理论学习不断深入，该旅官兵研战研训的劲头更加充足，奋勇争先、攻坚克难的氛围愈发浓厚。连日来，他们组织各营连开展“学理论、找差距、强能力”专题研讨，梳理练兵备战中的短板弱项，制订一系列改进措施，促进部队战斗力稳步提升。
