测评表“画像”更真实 ■海军某场站干部丁帅前不久，场站开展干部专项考核，我拿到民主测评表时，发现跟以往不一样了。正反向两张测评表中，“主动协调解决官兵困难”“利用职权为特定关系人承接业务、协调关系”等具体问题替代了“担当精神”“廉洁自律”等方面笼统的表述，组织测评前，由被考核干部向官兵进行述职。而且，对被考核干部不熟悉的官兵，可以不进行测评。这种种调整，让测评表给干部画出的“像”更真实。深化政治整训以来，部队大力纠治形式主义、好人主义。以往那种过于笼统的测评选项，让官兵有些雾里看花，不好下笔，常出现“一勾到底”的情况。如今有了务实举措，抽象要求纷纷化为具体细节，给问题描出了清晰边界，也为官兵提出意见建议提供了具体抓手。一名战友告诉我，他对几名相对熟悉测评对象的情况了解得并不全面，这次通过测评前的述职，让他对考评对象有了更深层的了解，这样才能更准“画像”。对于确实不熟悉的测评对象，他以往碍于情面也会笼统给出“好”的评价，但这次，他可以放下顾虑不评价，而让平时与考评对象一起摸爬滚打、知根知底的战友多评价，这样就挤出水分，让测评更实在精准。小小一张测评表的调整，体现了干部考核科学化、精细化的深意。咱们官兵手里的这张票，才算有了真分量。（张依栋整理）
