陆军军医大学士官学校搭建校外教学平台一堂专业实训课，军地专家同台讲解放军报讯高秋菊、张鹏报道：“真实全面的第一手资料，能为科学研判风险提供可靠的数据支撑。”日前，陆军军医大学士官学校把一堂实训课搬到驻地疾病预防控制中心，邀请疾控中心专家与该校教授一起为学员授课，受到大家欢迎。该校领导介绍，近年来，他们紧盯战时卫勤保障岗位需求，聚焦学员专业素养提升与实操能力生成，与驻地20多家单位建立实训协作机制，搭建校外教学平台，推动军地卫生资源深度融合，帮助学员将专业理论知识转化为卫勤保障能力。实训课展开前，授课教员指导学员采取人工智能辅助分析、小组研讨协作等方式，围绕信息数据、地理环境、医疗资源等搜集难题，科学制订方案；授课过程中，教员引导学员运用专业知识和实践经验，向地方专家面对面咨询，制订预防控制措施与应急处置预案；授课结束后，教员及时组织学员复盘研讨，帮助大家加深对任务关键节点的理解掌握。“这堂课让我们直观体会到抽象理论如何转化为实操能力，增强了提升应急救治能力、服务卫勤保障的使命感、责任感。”走出课堂，学员赵天驰感慨地说。该校领导介绍，他们还常态邀请专家来校授课，围绕“如何提升卫勤保障效率”“保障力就是战斗力”等主题开展专题讲座，深化学员对卫勤保障服务打赢的思考和理解。 “救治上得去，保障靠得住，才能为练兵备战提供坚实医疗保障和卫勤支撑。”该校领导介绍，下一步，他们将组织学员赴军地单位开展现地教学、实操实训，培养更多综合素质全面、专业技能过硬的新型卫勤骨干。
