去年9月，我来到中国人民解放军陆军步兵学院石家庄校区参加任职培训。虽然是第一次来中国，但得益于塔吉克斯坦与中国之间日益深化的全方位合作，我感到既亲切又熟悉。数月来的学习生活，更让我深入了解了中国式现代化的发展理念和实践轨迹。来华学习之前，我已感受过中国式现代化带来的红利。塔吉克斯坦境内石油资源相对匮乏，但河流密布、水电资源丰沛。为实施绿色转型战略，全方位提升公共交通绿色环保水平，我国积极响应共建“一带一路”倡议。在此背景下，许多中国新能源汽车品牌进入我国，凭借性能、品质和价格方面的优势，赢得了我国民众的良好口碑。在首都杜尚别的街头，中国品牌的新能源汽车随处可见。我也喜欢中国制造的新能源汽车，这些汽车外形美观、车内宽敞、功能多样。随着越来越多中国新能源汽车品牌在杜尚别开设4S店，提供销售、售后、零配件等全方位的服务，当地民众的购车、用车体验也更加省心、放心。在中国学习期间，我对中国式现代化有了更深切的感受。这一点，从石家庄曲寨村的新农村建设发展进程便可以了解一二。今年3月，学校组织我们参观了这座距离石家庄市区大约15公里的村庄。走在村中笔直的主干道上，两侧两三层高的小别墅整齐排布。村民在村中花园、休闲广场和图书馆等公共场所休闲学习。曲寨村还有自己的幼儿园、小学、中学和老年公寓。很难想象，这里在上世纪六七十年代还是个远近闻名的贫困村。据讲解员介绍，早年的曲寨村因地势低洼，粮食收成少，农民致富难。穷则思变，九十年代开始，村里通过开设工厂实现了发展。现如今，这个因工业而富庶的村庄并没有停步，而是紧追时代步伐，大力发展绿色环保的新型建材产业，实现了可持续发展。中国式现代化的发展，如同一场接续奋斗的远征，贵在脚踏实地、持之以恒。无论是新能源汽车产业、新农村建设，还是最近火爆出圈的机器人和人工智能产业，都是依靠无数中国人辛勤耕耘、接续奋斗，才实现了如今的发展成就。我的祖国塔吉克斯坦同样也在探索现代化的发展道路。今年5月，拉赫蒙总统成功访华，并与中国签署了永久睦邻友好合作条约。展望未来，两国的合作必将超越传统的基建与经贸范畴，向绿色能源、人工智能等高科技领域拓展。作为内陆山地国家，塔吉克斯坦在发展过程中受到的制约，有望在与中国高水平合作的助力下取得突破。我期待塔中两国携手推进现代化发展，共创和平繁荣的美好明天。
