正确看待工作“卡顿” ■戴永洋 ●坦然接受“卡顿”的存在,适当“减速”,抓紧“进货” 前不久,一位知名作家的新书出版。在新书发布会上,主持人问他:“您有没有写不出来很痛苦的时候?”就在大家以为他会回答“基本没有”或者“偶尔会有”的时候,他却给出了一个令所有人都意想不到的答案——“太多了”“经常会有写不下去的情况”。紧接着,他谈笑风生,把那些曾经“写不出来很痛苦的时候”和盘托出、娓娓道来。 “原来知名作家也有‘卡顿’的时候,我决定原谅自己了”“看来‘卡顿’也不是我的‘专利’,人人都有呢”……一时间,网上评论区炸开了锅,许多读者纷纷留言,其中“卡顿”一词更是直接刷屏。 何为“卡顿”?原意是指电子设备在运行过程中出现的中断、延迟等现象,把它引申到人身上,用以形容工作中那些突如其来的思路卡壳、思维停滞。工作中,囿于认知、精力、环境等客观因素,难免会有“卡顿”的时候。出现“卡顿”并不可怕,可怕的是不能正确看待它。现实生活中就有这样一些人,他们一旦在工作中出现“卡顿”,就立马坐立不安、无所适从,有的甚至因此产生自我怀疑,“是不是自己不行”“是不是自己天生不是这块料”。如此这般自我否定,不仅缓解不了“卡顿”,还可能让状态越来越卡、越来越差。 正确看待工作“卡顿”,就要坦然接受“卡顿”的存在,还要采取有效方法,尽快走出“卡顿”的影响。具体怎么做,因人而异,没有标准答案,但通过实践来看,有两个方法可以尝试。 其一,适当“减速”。“卡顿”就像一个紊乱无序的线团,越是急不可耐地拉扯,越可能“剪不断、理还乱”;如果放慢速度、顺势而为,拆解起来反而会顺畅一些。因此,当工作中遇到“卡顿”,切勿盲目蛮干,而要让自己暂时慢下来,有意识地去做一些难度小一点的工作,这样既能给疲惫的大脑“放个假”,也能从中建立自信,保持一个良好的工作状态。 其二,抓紧“进货”。工作的本质是一种“输出”,一个人之所以在工作时出现“卡顿”,一个重要原因是“铺子里的货”不多了。要解决这个问题,唯一的办法就是抓紧“进货”。怎么“进货”?学习无疑是最直接最有效的渠道。我们要主动向书本学、向实践学,特别要向身边那些实践经验丰富、岗位历练扎实的人学习,在学习中增长见识、开阔视野、提高站位。如此,相信过不了多久,“卡顿”就会渐渐消失,敏捷的思维和清晰的思路又会重回脑海,指导我们快速高效地完成手头上的各项工作。
