牢记第一职责是为党工作 ■李勇习主席强调，“全党同志要强化党的意识，牢记自己的第一身份是共产党员，第一职责是为党工作”。贯彻落实这一重要讲话精神，军队党员干部要深刻认识“第一职责”的重要性，积极工作、担当作为，以实干实绩不断开创强军事业新局面。在其位谋其政，任其职尽其责。党员干部虽岗位不同、职责各异，但归根结底都是为党工作。牢记第一职责，全心全意为党分忧、为党尽责，彰显的是党员义务，体现的是党员价值。这要求每一名党员干部心中有党、心中有责，把时间、心思、精力更多地用在工作上，努力干出新业绩、创造新荣光。 “人生在世，生一日当尽一日之勤。”张富清、杨业功、林俊德等优秀共产党员有一个鲜明特点，就是一日入党、终身尽责，把岗位当阵地、把工作当事业。相反，个别党员干部责任意识淡薄，把为党工作变成为己谋私，不仅难以体现自身价值，更影响党的事业、损害党的形象。 “为党献身常汲汲，与民谋利更孜孜。”强军新征程上，广大党员干部只有把“第一职责”刻在心上，把神圣使命扛在肩上，保持“快马加鞭未下鞍”的进取状态、“越是艰险越向前”的奋进姿态、“撸起袖子加油干”的奋斗常态，才能为推动新时代强军事业贡献更大力量。
